Kenihan Development is a privately held boutique real estate development firm that specializes in residential property in Los Angeles, California. It was founded by Hunter Kenihan in 2011 and forged out of lessons learned from the Great Recession. Our goal is to deliver a comfortable modern home that the design savvy people of Los Angeles will appreciate and one that will mesh with the existing fabric of the neighborhood.
