H & S Jones Construction LTD

My husband and I would definitely recommend H&S Jones for any project you may have, big or small. We have hired them for three projects, 2 of them being major. They built our home(2004), finished our basement(2017) and now currently renovating a commercial space for our new business. All staff and hired trades are experienced, considerate, informative, personable and very easy to work with. We look forward to working with H&S Jones again in the future.

This is my fourth house build. And this was the easiest and best build of them all. It is a secondary suite over a four car garage. H & S Jones was the best builder we have ever worked with. Their expertise and knowledge of bylaws and regulations concerning this build made it so easy and stress free. All the trades associated with the build were personable and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate one moment if I was to build again. We were on time and on budget, and we were told to visit the site at any time. And so we did. Some minor adjustment were made without any problems. Thank you to Mike Booth for his expertise. Thank you also to Harvey and Sheila for their commitment to our project.

H & S Jones rebuilt our home after we lost all but the foundation in a fire. We couldn't be happier with Harvey, Mike, and the team. At a very stressful time in our lives, Harvey took the time to carefully plan the details with us and was very eager to listen to what we preferred. He did his best to accommodate our wishes and he explained the process every step of the way. He was clear on the timeline and the budget. Mike was very knowledgeable and excellent to deal with during the building process. In addition, he responded to any issues we had (which were only minor), literally for years after it was built and at no cost to us, even if it wasn't clear that the issue was from the building. It was our third time having a house built and it was by far the best experience. Thank you H & S Jones!
