First the attention and service was really excellent to include a visit to my home to measure and discuss and plan the design. Bassetts provided a full range beyond my expectations to supply what I required, sourcing and providing bath wear which was not in their showroom. They have a full range of catalogues and will provide virtually anything to meet the customers dreams. Delivery was 100% with no items missing or no items requiring replaced. The have a great relationship with plumbers. They also followed up on every detail to ensure we were satisfied. Great supplier.
