We contracted Steve to cover a patio on our existing home. We could not be happier with the finished product. From start to finish, he is a professional who can adapt to the changes of the customer. His expertise, wisdom, advice and eye for detail is worth every dollar put into this project. The finished area ties into the home like it was original to the 30 year old home but newly updated. He employs highly skilled, highly qualified people who are very trustworthy and easy to get along with. We completely trusted them to be at our home when we were not there. The outside vendors he uses are all talented, trustworthy companies that he stays on top of every day. I can't wait to start the next project with Steve. He's such a pleasure to work with.

Melton Construction was recommended by two friends that were previous clients. Steve was great with design ideas that would work with our budget. We were able to make design changes during our Master Bath and closet project . We did a full remodeling of the master bathroom, floor, shower, drywall, paint, plumbing, and electric. Steve was very hands on with all the crews and made time to inspect all work being completed. The crews took safety in mind during this pandemic time. We are very pleased and happy with the finished product. We have bragged and recommended Melton Construction to our friends and neighbors.

We hired Steve Melton Construction to add an office onto the exterior of our home. Throughout the project I was impressed by his knowledge of the industry. I loved how he offered great ideas to improve on the office addition. If there is only one thing I can say that stands out, it's that Steve aims to please! He came to the site very often to ensure everything is going well. Anything that I questioned or was unsure about, he promptly addressed. Steve and his team are amazing. I was in need of a turnkey contractor to repair storm damage to my roof and interior. Steve came highly recommended and did not disappoint. He and his team were very prompt in providing detailed estimates and establishing a quick timeframe for repairs. The job went incredibly smoothly, with little to no interruption of our household, which frankly I thought was impossible due to the extent of the damage. His crew was very professional and a pleasure to work with, so friendly and eager to go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. The job was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. Steve did a great job for us from beginning to end.....we built a custom home on Lake Wylie, SC. Steve and his team stayed on top of contractors and pushed to keep us on schedule. The overall project was a bit difficult, our lot has 70' of vertical drop from front to back, but we are very happy with the overall house and appearance. We are always getting compliments from neighbors and friends.
