Please hire at your own risk. They are untrustworthy and barely communicate. They took my deposit and did not deliver and have now stopped responding all together. They still have not returned my keys and I have filed a police complaint to recover these keys. They do not care for your privacy and have posted pictures of my house without my permission! I contracted Alecia Respondi on the 2nd of April 2020 and the project of 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens as per her contract was supposed to complete on June 11, 2020, On that day her contractor tells me he has quit. Since then I have been trying to call her and she barely responds. You have to call her over 15 times and after 3 days she or so her fiancee Marek Mikolajczyk responds and keeps feeding me lies like the contractor will come in a day, then 2 days, then an hour and now they have stopped responding all together. It’s been a week and no one has showed up. They have trashed up my place and left garbage behind. My project is less than 30% done. They didn’t have the decency to refund the deposit I paid. Please DO not contact this company, they are shady, and you will lose your money. Additionally, she is known to write fake reviews, something her contractor shared with me when he quit.
