Villalona Design is a luxury full-service design and build for custom homes and offices. The company was founded in 2016 by Jazmine E Villalona, Locations in Chicago and now in Boston. After working five years in the design and custom home industry, we found our niche and decided that a design-build approach was best suited for our goals. We started our vision with residential projects through this we found the same passion for commercial spaces. With our strategy, we can integrate creative interior designs with quality construction and retain control over the creative process from conception to creation to ensure a high quality. Jazmine and her team completely renovated my primary bathroom and I'm thrilled with how it came out! From the initial meeting through punchlist completion Jazmine was a joy to work with and answered all my random questions and texts in a timely and helpful manner. She's an excellent collaborator with an amazing eye for design, and works with you to meet your aesthetic and budgetary needs. The team she uses is topnotch and were a pleasure to have in the house. We have other plan on the horizon and I can't wait to hire Jazmine again!

Jazmine was an absolute pleasure to work with. She provided me with insightful descriptions of the designs, process and timeline. The knowledge that she offered was unbelievable! I have an extremely small bathroom and was quite nervous there wouldn't be enough room for an eclectic design. I could not have been more satisfied with the transformation! I highly recommend Villalona Design for any and all projects. You will not be disappointed, I can promise you that.

The project was completed within budget, which was a huge relief. The project manager was able to negotiate fair prices with suppliers and manage costs effectively. I was impressed with their financial management skills.Communication was excellent throughout the construction process. The project manager kept us informed of any changes or updates, and responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had. This made the entire process much more manageable.

Jazmine has been awesome... she is has amazing ideas, but at the same time, Jazmine checks-in to ask if what she is proposing is in sync w/ what the client's vision is.... she listens so carefully and is very open to exchanging ideas... ultimately deferring to her client. I have really appreciated this, because the whole thing is intimidating, but being invited into the process is wonderful. Despite the pandemic and the lengthy time it has taken to get materials delivered to the house... Jazmine has been a constant and very conscientious about getting the crew back in to the work/install once the materials are in... which is tremendous piece of mind. I still haven't got a oven, but i know that if I can finally get one delivered... even if it's 9 months from now, Jazmine will have her folks come and install it. Check out the kitchen, the upstairs bathroom and the basement bathroom (all taken down to the studs and floors ripped out). Pretty tremendous style (went will euro-sized kitchen appliances which I would not recommend without an expert like Jazmine). Last but not least, a pic of the dining room which Jaz had the floors redone for and the interior decorating.

Jazmine's company did a great job on my project. It was a very collaborative effort., but her input and point of view were critical to the project's success. I needed someone to reinforce decisions I made ("yes, Brian that looks great" or "um NO") and to push me to explore outside my design comfort zone. She was flexible and invested in the project in a way beyond just business. It was like a nanny who not only does the job of a caretaker but actually cares for the child like family. She helped to fully design 3 bathrooms, one kitchen, and a variety of smaller things like new tile around an existing fireplace and new flooring in my entryway. In addition, she helped pick out stair runners and wall paint to give the whole house a nice cohesive look. I would often ask her about a random towel or rug I saw and she would give me input (usually "NO!!") I was not looking to make the place modern -- I was looking to make it a place tailored to me and she adapted herself to meet those needs. And I know I wasn't an easy client. She is good people and a great designer.

Villalona Design was a recommendation from a good friend of ours, and I’m so glad I went with them. They were so professional from phase 1 of the project to the final walk through. Jazmine Villalona and her team was such a delight to work with and always responded when I had a question and a concern no matter what time it was. My master bathroom and guest bedrooms look so divine, I don’t ever want to leave.
