Our architect introduced us to Thomas and TM Renovations. Thomas and his team worked with us and the architect to design and price a renovation of our Victorian house. The main features of the work was a loft extension and ground floor reconfiguration. Thomas and his team are hard working, reliable and great to work with. We lived in the ground floor of the house during the loft extension so saw the team daily. The team were polite and efficient and always very considerate that we were living in the house. They arrived on time Every day and where needed were happy to work late and even Saturdays where needed. I especially liked the support along the way with the project, where Thomas suggested money could be saved or something could be done differently or in a better way. He was always at the end of the phone (even late at night when we got home from work and needed advice or to give feedback). Thomas made the snagging process a smooth one and made sure one his team came to the house to walk through any snagging issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Thomas and his team again. In fact, we are hiring them again for our kitchen next year!

We bought a house in 2016 that needed complete refurbishment, a 7 months project that included rewiring of the house , side return kitchen extension and refurbishment of the 3 bathrooms. Renovations TM was recommended to us by our architect and a family who had worked with Thomasz on previous projects. I can t recommend Renovation TM highly enough ! Thomasz and his team are very professional and experienced. We were very pleased with the refurbishment of our house and did not encounter any issue. Project was smooth and completed on time.

RenovationsTM are a terrific team who have completed our project on schedule and budget, to a high standard. We lived in the house for the duration of the works– just under twelve months- and were always treated with consideration and care by all members of the building team. It’s never easy for a contractor to have the clients remain within the building, but Tomasz always did his very best to ensure our lives were manageable. The building work involved significantly reshaping the ground floor of the house, and creating a basement under the substantive part of the building. The steel work was – for a Fulham house renovation- innovative and we had a total of twelve steels put in. None of this was simple, but several months on cracking elsewhere has been minimal and the sense of space achieved as a result has astonished all visitors. The services and finish were completed to a very high standard, the problems around the use of innovative materials sorted out with grace, and all budgetary issues resolved fairly and without rancour. If we did another project again TM Renovations and Tomasz would be the first contractor I would approach, and everyone should have them on their shortlist for domestic projects that are challenging and of scale.

RenovationsTM actually came into this project Ina time of vunerability as the builder I was set to use had dropped out of the project last minute. Despite this Tomasz was very understanding & helpful. He did everything he could do to make sure that this project finish on time and actually managed to finish slightly ahead of schedule. The standard of work & professionalism have shown to stand the test of time 3 years after the project had been complete and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others!
