Luxury Residential & Commercial Interior Design in Chicago
Professional practice includes both commercial and residential design. Creativity and experience provide the foundation for my ability to bring unique and thoughtful solutions to each and every client. Services provided for both sectors include establishing client needs, space planning, architectural detailing and selection of materials, finishes and furnishings. We also offer renovation and remodeling of existing structures including kitchens and baths. Architects, builders and their clients call upon me to provide interior architecture services and expertise. Strengths include an understanding of architecture, design an project management; interaction and building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors/designer resources; meeting timelines, monitoring costs; writing specifications and quality control.

My husband and I worked with Leah for 2.5 years to build our home and she was wonderful! She stood by our side throughout the whole process and supported all of our decisions. She went the extra mile to help us build our dream home and we sincerely appreciated her efforts. We would highly recommend her and are grateful for her service!

Leah is the ultimate designer! She can zero in on a client’s taste and create spaces better than one can imagine. She is detailed, thoughtful and won’t settle for anything that’s not right for her client. Leah is a pleasure to work with and she has prompt communication. Her eye for style and functionality go hand in hand. She’s a gem!

I had the pleasure of working with Leah on a North Shore new build for a mutual client. Leah's creativity, aesthetics, technical knowledge and attention to detail are unmatched. She goes far above and beyond to ensure her clients get what they envisioned, and masterfully introduces new elevated ideas that they may not have thought of. She has relationships with vendors and tradespeople throughout Chicago and well beyond. Beyond that, she excels at the skills that make it so easy to work with her - professionalism, responsiveness, and solution-oriented. I highly recommend Leah for your new constructions, remodels and furnishing projects.

I have worked with Leah on a number of interior remodeling projects in the last couple of years including master baths, living rooms, bedroom furniture, wall units, kitchens, and whole house remodeling. My company has provided general contracting and custom cabinetry for her clients; our association and collaboration has been very successful. Her clients love and respect her boundless energy, design style, and attention to detail. Leah and her design team go to endless effort to make sure that all parties know her intended results which makes the entire process easier for everyone involved.

I cannot recommend Leah Bolger Design enough. We brought Leah in late in the game during our house build to design our downstairs bar area. In the end, I loved her designs so much that we asked her to design our kitchen, service pantry, mudroom, and more! She was also able to review my previously selected tile options and helped me to refine them, which brought a level of glamour and elegance throughout our house. And she was able to source better quality materials than our builder. The light fixtures she recommended throughout are stunning - much better than ones I would have ever thought of! The millwork designs are timeless. The end result is completely beautiful, and I cannot be happier with our house. Further, Leah was able to juggle demanding timeframes from our builder. We are finally home, and I love where I live due to Leah's help. I would not hesitate to hire Leah again.

We had the pleasure of working closely with Leah during the construction of our forever home on Chicago’s North Shore. Leah is a gifted interior architect & designer who brings stylish elegance to any project. Her relationships with local design galleries and workrooms enabled us to select truly spectacular and unique finishes for our home. Leah was also conscious of cost, and she helped us select finish options that fit within our budget without compromising on quality or style. When working with a designer it’s so important to find someone you like and who feels comfortable giving you their opinion, which Leah does expertly. Leah is a joy to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-tier designer.

I have worked with Leah for many years and she is always available for my design projects. She is intuitive and able to translate my vague design ideas into lovely, warm and inviting space.s Leah is detail oriented and will follow through fully with any request. I so appreciate that Leah is happy to provide both high end and less expensive choices. She happily mixes what I already own with the items purchased through her. I also dearly love that she is willing to give her opinion and does so very gently. I would definitely use her again.
