Ultimate Windows

Lied about the type of frames and hardware to get my business (I wanted to match existing). Said they’d be faster to install than anyone else - definitely less than 12 weeks. Was over 6 months. They didn’t bring enough beading so only put half lengths in to start with. Second attempt was such poor quality they had to have a third go. Took another 6 months for rectifications. Handles and hinges didn’t match their own product (the frames were warm white and the rest cool white). Said they’d fix it but never got back to me. After 12 months I had to pay someone else to rectify the issues. Friends have had similar issues dealing with them.

Delighted with our new Ultimate windows. Installation was thoroughly professional and went seamlessly, and the doors and windows we had installed look fabulous from both inside and outside. Whats more, our most recent power bill was almost half what is was for the same period last year! Thanks again

The windows also look great as they come in many finishes and colour options, and better yet, they offer an opportunity for a comfortable, low maintenance lifestyle for years to come. When we decided to build our new display home at Alatalo Bros ,we were aiming for a higher energy rating than the standard 6 stars.We researched suppliers that could provide high quality energy efficient products.This is when we found Ultimate windows ,and their UPVC framed double glazed windows.Not only, they gave us the best energy rating in windows, but they were made in our local area.Our experience now, that we have finished the home, is that Tye and his team have been fantastic to deal with, if you need any answers about the windows and any issues are dealt with straight away.As we were building the home we had a lot of feedback from the trades saying that it was great to work on the home during winter, as the house was never too cold, and in Albury we have pretty cold winters.Now that we are in summer ,I have found that we are not having the Evaporative cooler running for long periods of time, as once the house is cool it holds the temperature .Clients feedback has been great, saying that they seem to be quiet soundproof, as well as they have noticed that we are not running heating & cooling some times.They are also impressed with the wood look laminate that it looks like real timber. Here at Alatalo Bros we can not recommend Ultimate windows highly enough.
