We hired Hoss to rebuild and extend the top two floors of our house in the back. It involved removing half the roof and was not straight forward. Majid was great to work with. He was dedicated, professional, very knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. The costs were as laid out in the beginning with some added changes. We are very happy with the results.

My wife and I recently bought a fixer upper and hired Hoss to completely remodel it for us. Buying a house is stressful enough and adding a remodel to it makes it even worse. However they made it a very smooth process by keeping us in the loop everyday and always thinking and planning couple of steps ahead. we were not disappointed and already referred them to some of our friends.

Hoss Development first helped with finding the right commercial building, and then the purchase of that building. Then they managed the construction and renovation of that building into the dental office space that I had in mind. By the time they were done, the 80+ year old building I bought looked and felt like a brand new building. The building was originally an old and run down print shop, and they were able to make it into a high end specialty dental clinic, Toronto Sleep Dentistry. I highly recommend Hoss Development for your commercial projects - especially medical and dental

These guys are very easy to work with & Very professional. I hired them to do a major reno and to remodel my house. We had to move out because of the renovation for three months but they delivered everything on time. Would definitely work with them again.
