I met Jim at the Charlotte Home and Garden Show. I explained my problem with my shades and he assured me he had a possible solution. I made an appointment and Jim came to my house and even arrived early.. Jim was able to fix my shades and make them operable again and now I can replace the batteries when needed. His solution worked! Jim is a true Professional. He did all this even though I originally purchased the shades from someone else. I highly recommend Jim and will definitely purchase any new window treatments from him.

Didn't buy through them originally but wished we had. Jim came in and fixed everything that wasn't even his product and then did two more rooms for us. Extremely professional.

Jim was 100% professional, from showing up on-time to his acute knowledge and respect for our house and property. Jim refused to sell us a less expensive drapery rod for our Master Bedroom, he took the time to explain why and after he installed the rod that he'd talked us into purchasing, We Are Delighted. It is operated every day and glides back and forth effortlessly.
