Prompt and thorough response to our re-design of one apt in a 4-plex. Multiple designs offered w/ discussion of their pros/cons regarding: cost, Seattle codes of potentialconsequence, time to complete, impact on future use/revenue stream. KB Design was patient w/ my questions, this allowed me to move forward confidently . I have used them before w/ similar EXCELLENT results. I highly recommend them.

I've been looking around and couldn't find any company, that could understand my ideas and help me with my project to design my fashion studio. I reached out to KB Pro Design to have a 3D Rendering for my studio. Being a fashion designer, I had multiple ideas that I wasn’t quite sure how I can integrate into my new studio. I was so impressed by how easy they could understand exactly what I need, and KB Pro Design did an amazing job. They also provided me with a 360 view that I could use to advertise my studio. They are very professional and I definitely recommend them, You will not regret it!

Novello Homes

Being in the business of remodeling houses there is no better way than finding a buyer even before the home is fully renovated. I was in desperate need to find someone who is experienced to create the finished image of the house. I came across KB Pro Design, and after seeing their work I was amazed of their potential and experience. As soon as I had the final drawings submitted for them, they started to work on my project. Not only they did a great job creating a rendering of the house, they even pointed out some flaws in the drawings that would have costed a lot of money if not spotted during the rendering creation. Working with KB Pro Design is easy and straightforward. Best team I ever worked with. Will work with them again soon.
