After a sump pump failure in my basement, I hired Tim for reconstruction. He was thorough in his initial assessment of what needed to be done, including pointing out potential water damage issues that the water mitigation people had not (and really should have). He was very knowledgable and wanted to make sure the job was done right the first time. He and his crew showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and were respectful of the home. The project was completed in a reasonable timeframe and I am incredibly pleased with how everything turned out - the basement looks better now than before the flooding. Tim is very personable and friendly (as was the rest of his team); he responded quickly to questions and communicated effectively. I would hire Tim again for future construction needs and I highly recommend his company.

I hired Custom Build Construction to build a set of steps and stain a deck I had started. They done a great job, within the stated time frame, and with a reasonable cost.

I had a water leak. And a lot of damage I had Lot of work done drywall, kitchen sink and Laminate floors Tim did a great job

Tim did an absolutely wonderful job on our crown moulding. He installed custom arches. Retro fittted a cabinet to accommodate a microwave drawer and installed numerous curtain rods as well as a myriad of finishing touches in our home. His attention to detail and perfectionism are second to none. he is polite congenial and very fairly priced. He would go above and beyond in every project we gave him. I would HIGHLY recommend him and stand behind his work.
