Granite Transformations remolded our Master bathroom shower and vanity. They did a wonderful job. I can’t say enough about their customer service and professionalism. The job was done quickly and WITHOUT mess. Now we have the spa like bathroom we always wanted.

Granite Transformations were the first company to come by the house to provide an estimate. When the Sales/Design Consultant came to my house to provide an estimate for re-facing my kitchen countertop and cabinets, she talked me into signing the contract with Granite Transformations that day before I received any additional estimates. The Consultant and I got along very well and I decided to trust her and went ahead and signed the contract with Granite Transformations. So I must take full responsibility for signing the contract that day before I spoke with any other contractor. However, I was very disappointed with the final product and with some of the contractors that were working on the job. When I pointed out the issues with the job, the contractor took it personally and got upset with me. When in fact, it was the consultant's fault because she either did not know or felled to explain that the crown molding would have gaps between the new molding they put up against the existing molding in the kitchen. It looks terrible! Also, the bottom of the cabinets and some of the edges of the cabinets look unfinished. Granite Transformations wanted to charge me extra to make the necessary corrections. I feel they should have pointed these issues out to me, then we could discuss. They just completed the job as if it looked okay and wanted to be paid in full. Not only should they have pointed the issues out to me, they should have offered either to pay for some or all of the repairs. Very disappointed in the final product. I don't recommend using Granite Transformation in Charlotte, NC.

We had a bit of difficulty with this team. The person that said he was in charge could not be reached when we had a question. Some of their team did not show up on the day that they said they would. Although we feel the kitchen turned out well, we were not happy with the response time, which was sporadic at best. The tile was not cut precise and when we called them back in to view the many cracked pieces, they told us the tile cutter used the wrong cutter but they did not do anything to satisfy us. Would not recommend them.
