We had a huge kitchen remodel. We completely reworked the space with a beautiful design prepared by PDR. They worked closely with our goals and budget to get us an end result we are so happy with.

Jeff and his team designed and remodeled our very old bathroom. The job was complicated by a vent that needed moved but they never stopped until they found a solution. We are very pleased with the products they offered and the quality of the work.

I was working with Jeff on the remodeling of the office, living room and family room. Overall, we have a very positive impression on working with his company. He has a very professional team, they are organized and respectful. The project was pretty complicated (e.g. new flooring, fireplace installation), but it was accomplished successfully and on time.

I don't even know where to begin! We began this project knowing what layout we wanted and the changes we were making. Our renovation was doubling the size of the kitchen and extending it into the existing dining room and then taking a sitting room and making that the new dining room, in addition we needed all new hard wood flooring throughout those rooms plus the existing living room. I wish I would have wrote this review in stages as the work was being done; because I'm afraid my review won't give the job the credit it deserves. Jeff initially gave us 3D drawings of what the finished project would look like and then once we agreed on what we liked; he gave us a timeline and a pricing list. I LOVED that because he would do a certain portion of the job and we would pay for that portion of the work, that is how the whole project worked. It was an extensive undertaking, especially with us living and working at home (due to the pandemic). Jeff would come and see the progress of the work and would ok it before they moved on to the next item which was fully detailed in contract and pricing list. Also, during this time (like I said this took place in the middle of the pandemic), there was unforeseen delays that was absolutely no fault of Pittsburgh Design and Remodeling at all. During these minor delays, Jeff always made sure that whatever else could be done around those delays were done. He followed up with us weekly and some weeks, it was daily. He had a presence and involvement in the entire project and always made us feel like we were his priority. His design and remodeling staff were excellent. I have to give a special recognition to Scott, he really is so talented and really was able to bring Jeff's and our vision to light. His attention to detail was extraordinary. We did a total renovation to 3 rooms, where we went down to studs and then the rooms were rebuilt per the drawings that Jeff created and to see the actual work compared to his 3D drawings was amazing because I didn't expect the work to look as perfect as his renderings but the finished project was better than we could ever imagine. We have done a few self renovations over the years and my husband has always done a great job and this job was the first time we considered hiring a company to do this for us. Jeff gave us a quote that was great and quite reasonable, his turn around time from the time he first came, drew up the pictures and we agreed to have this done was so fast. We went away a few time during the construction and his crew worked everyday while we were gone they had the keys to our home the entire project. My reason for mentioning that was to let everyone know how honest and trustworthy Jeff and his crew are. They were great!! The whole project came together so beautifully. I am so happy with my renovation and I would say that you have to be crazy to use anyone but Pgh Design and Remodel. Jeff and crew...thank you so much. I love my new upstairs.

We have just started our big basement project, and I still wanted to share an update. Jeff and team are true professionals who are passionate about what they do. Jeff has a great solution-design mindset, where I can present an idea or a situation and he always returns with something that solves the problem and makes it look and function great. He and the team are very easy to work with and I feel very comfortable with them all working in my home. So far, the project has gone very smoothly and I am exited as it progresses, they work quickly! The design process was fun and easy, and Jeff made sure I could go at whatever pace worked for me - either really quickly or more slowly. Highly recommend.

Pittsburgh Design and Remodeling is an excellent place for your basement design needs. My wife and I worked with Jeff to come up with a design for our unfinished basement. It was complicated for us to figure out how to make everything fit that we wanted out of this space, but Jeff made it easy! He included designs for a workout room bedroom bathroom bar area and golf simulator. He was able to give us different options different layouts and multiple pictures including finished blue prints for our contractor. I don't think you could go wrong with this company if you need design help. Thanks again Jeff for making our dream basement come to life!

My wife and I lack the 'vision' needed to see the potential of an open space. A Google search led us to Pittsburgh Design and Remodeling, and we reached out to inquire about their basement design services. The design agreement consisted of an initial phone consultation, several 3D renderings (which were updated based on our feedback), and ultimately a neatly packaged pdf file with all of the information. Jeff (the owner) asked all the right questions to get the conversation started and paid close attention to our responses. He presented some interesting ideas that we otherwise would not have come up with. He is friendly, professional, and did exactly what we contracted him to do. We would highly recommend his design services. I should add that our agreement was for design services only. No actual work was performed on the basement so I cannot comment on that part of the business.
