David Welles runs a fascinating company and the team works hard. Every member is superb. My window treatments, music and televisions are currently automated to my detailed specifications.. I'm now considering what to do with lighting scenes and whether to program Alexa. Steve K and Radu have both been responsive, professional and fun to work with. I love this!

Alex did an amazing job setting up my home sound, TV's and motorized shades in my new condo. He is a master of the technical aspects required, and got to know and understand our needs . He made suggestions (all good) which personalized the programs. He also took the time to explain each one thoroughly, and made it easy to understand. All systems were up and running in a few days. The TVTI team was great!

This review is for Alex Paramo. I would give 6 stars if I could. Super knowledgeable and friendly and always goes out of his way to address any issues or complete the job. TVTI is lucky to have such a skilled tech with amazing interpersonal skills as well

We hired TVTI to prewire our new construction in 2013 and have brought them back several times since to further customize our Control4 system. While all experiences and personnel have been outstanding, Alex Paramo is one of their techs who we trust implicitly and recommend at every opportunity. Good customer service and manners go a long way in this world, and flawless functioning state of the art AV doesn't hurt.
