Wyatt Siefert Construction served as a GC for a variety of projects at our home including the build-out of a gym, cubbies and numerous other enhancements. They were organized, communicative and always offered a variety of options. It was a great experience and I will be reaching-out again for any contracting needs I have at my home.

He has ease in understanding the big picture and will not let go of the details. He is genuinely excited with the building process. We were very satisfied with Chris and his crew in the remodeling of our home purchase. We did a complete overhaul of the floors on the main floor and the basement. We did a complete master bath renovation adding another sink and upgrading the shower. We had to have old wallpaper removed and the total inside (main and down) painted. We had a small kitchen added to the basement apartment and had to have plumbing and wiring corrected plus the new floor and painting. The back deck was re-wired for a TV outlet and ceiling fans added with new electrical wiring and outlets. The quality of the work was excellent and everything was done that we had contracted, plus a few things that came up in the remodel. We would not be hesitant to use their services again.

As a home designer in the Atlanta metro area for many years, I have worked with a variety of general contractors on renovations of older homes. Wyatt Siefert not only has a good bid process which makes the project start out well, but also the communication and project management skills that make the entire renovation very smooth and seamless start to finish. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to start a renovation and get the job done right.

Finally, a reputable company with a consistent team of qualified professionals who listen and help! We had a water leak in the kitchen and ran into problems with the original company we contracted (not Wyatt Siefert). Chris stepped in and did a great job for us. Everyone on his team communicated with us each step of the way. There were no surprise charges, etc. More important, they followed up with us after the first job was finished. We had some additional small items come up, after the fact, that they fixed at no charge. They did such a good job for a fair price, we had them do a number of other small things for us. We'll definitely continue to use them for maintenance and remodeling in the future. Our next challenge - master bath remodel! Our thanks to Chris, Kevin and the team for the great work!
