House of Ruya

Unfortunately for us, we had the worst experience with House of Ruya. We went with the Contractors and vendors they recommended, but, by the time we realized what a poor job they were doing, it was too late. When we started pointing out the improper things, the contractors blamed House of Ruya and House of Ruya blamed the contractors - it was a never ending cat and mouse game, that turned out to be our worst nightmare. Their “principle designer” Ms. Aishwarya and “designer” Ms. Bhuvaneshwari gave wrong drawings and measurements to the contractors, calculated wrong sq ft for tiles and ordered the wrong number of tiles. Every vendor they worked with for tiling, carpentry, even plumbling - was either problematic, provided poor service or delivered damaged product. Our overall experience was an extreme nightmare - they were highly unprofessional and unethical, did not keep up timelines even a little and did not take responsibility or accountability of any sort.

We had an amazing experience with HOR. We both are busy professionals and don't have time or understanding of the terminology of interiors. With very minimal instructions from us they designed our dream home, got quotes from multiple contractors and got it implemented without us worrying about dealing with the details.
