On meeting Bindu for the first time it was obvious she was a complete professional and so experienced. I had already chosen my fabric but she offered all sorts of additional advice on what else was available to enhance the make. She would reply very promptly to any questions I had and from when the fabric was delivered to her, I can’t imagine how hard she must have worked to complete my curtains and blinds in such a short time. Bindu delivered the curtains and blinds this morning and they look superb. Would highly recommend her and can’t praise her enough.

A neighbour recommended Bindu to me and I have no hesitation in passing on my own recommendation. She was prompt, efficient and friendly. She took time to explain all the options and paid full attention to all the details. I am delighted with my four pairs of curtains and five Roman blinds.

Bindu did a fantastic job for us. We needed curtains and blinds for multiple rooms, and she spent time assessing the right type of fabric and style to meet exactly what we wanted. She was incredibly flexible and responsive to the challenges of fitting round a building project and the resulting curtains and blinds are really beautiful and just what we wanted, at a very reasonable price. In particular, we needed a set of relatively sound proofed curtains for a cinema room which were very challenging to design, and Bindu has produced the most beautiful set of curtains for this central location in our house, having spent lots of time thinking about how these might work. I strongly recommend Bindu after this really positive experience.

Bindu and her team have made and hung two great curtains for us, and solved an awkward design challenge as we had an opening and a door very close to each other. I don't often write reviews but Bindu deserves a special mention. She is incredibly professional, friendly, helpful, organised, patient to name a few. We are delighted with our roman blinds, cushions and bed throw. Bindu kept us informed of progress and everything was fitted on time and on budget. She's been a great sounding board for the designs and for other projects/ideas, and we'll definitely be using her services again.

Bindu is amazing! Her eye for design is second to none. I loved her mood boards and advice as to the colour theme and how to successfully include bold pattern (my request). The end product (curtains and blinds) are beautiful quality and the workmanship is incredible. She is only choice for curtains and blinds! It was easy and quick to arrange a consultation visit. It was a delight to discuss with Bindu which designs and materials would work best for the window in question. We agreed a shortlist of 5, which I then kept the samples for over the weekend in order to make my final decision. Bindu had already measured the window, so once the choice was made, the order went through immediately. Bindu was realistic regarding delivery times for the material, and installation, and actually was able to deliver sooner than promised. Quick and professional installation, would use all every time for my blinds.

Chiff Chaff Design was recommended to me by a friend. I had just bought new sofas for my lounge was looking to replace my existing curtains to finish the room. I didn't know where to start and was so pleased to meet Bindu, who helped enormously. She doesn't just make beautiful curtains, she also spends time with you to understand your style, likes and dislikes and provides advice and different fabric options. Bindu also introduced some different colour ideas to me that I wouldn't have considered but that worked really well and we ended up going along the lines she suggested. I found her use of mood boards really helpful to make decisions and felt that Bindu was genuinely interested in my project and finding the right fabric. I'm over the moon with the end result and the quality of workmanship is excellent; the curtains are beautiful and work really well as we had planned! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bindu and Chiff Chaff Design and will definitely use them again in the future.

I can not speak highly enough of the service we received from Bindu. Over a period of time, she made the blinds for all of the windows in our newly-built house. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and I really appreciated her honest and professional advice (I know absolutely nothing about fabric & blinds etc!) We had a slight issue with the cord on one of larger blinds at a later date, some time after installation (not Bindu’s fault I hasten to add) and she was quick to come and sort it out without question. First class service. I shall actually miss Bindu turning up at our door with books of fabric, curtain poles, steamer & not forgetting her indoor shoes/slippers! She never wears her outdoor shoes inside! It’s the little things….. Thank you, Bindu; it’s been an absolute pleasure to work with you.

Chiff Chaff made/fitted two blinds for our new kitchen, we are very pleased with service and results. We had a first meeting to discuss what we were looking for and the possible colours/patterns. This is the first time I have bought blinds and so wanted (and was given) much advice and all my questions were answered. For the second meeting a couple of swatch boards had been created that we could place alongside the new units and flooring to help make our choice from about a dozen possibilities. Choice made, the blinds were installed a few weeks later, they look great and work perfectly.
