YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I had Mark build me a bed during the winter of 2020. We had a few minor issues that we dealt with ourselves (nails left sticking out, not enough hardware , etc) Meh, we dealt with it. After a while, we both started having sleep issues, headaches, etc. We discovered that we were sleeping slightly down hill (our heads lower that our feet). The plywood platform was installed NOT LEVEL. I hired a contractor to remove the platform. Last week we went and bought a new mattress and we decided to purchase an adjustable base for it, since our current bed frame no longer has a platform. The company came to install the new base and come to find out the bed frame is not square (the side rails at the head board are out 2" from the side rails at the footboard) Also one side board is 1" longer then the other side. Good god. So here we sit with a unsquare bed frame, no platform and a brand new base and mattress that can't be installed until I have someone who knows what their doing rebuild the bed frame SQUARE. I messaged Mark and told him of all these issues...he told me I was rude and insulting to send him the message and his final response was " sorry for your issues, take care" THEN BLOCKED ME ON FACEBOOK. I would never have left this review if he hadn't blocked me and just acted like an adult. I honestly didn't expect anything from him, I just wanted him to be aware so that maybe he could do better going forward.

***BE FOREWARNED*** I hired Mark in July 2020 to do an island countertop and 6 sliding shelves; paid half up front with installation due August 2020. Repeated emails for drawings and complete invoice were ignored. Never once did Mark reach out to me and in December 2020 I requested my deposit be refunded. Still waiting... 2021-02-05 update - Still waiting... Mark has now stopped communicating... 2021-02-25 update - no refund, no communication; be warned. 2021-04-01 I have received almost all of my deposit (-$100; Mark refused to return last $100 if I didn't remove reviews. I feel $100 is a small price to pay to warn others!)
