We hired Duncan Renovation after a window started leaking in our home. Bailey came out to give an estimate and was able to diagnose the issue, which ended up being much more complicated than we had imagined. Once he was able to get inside the wall, he discovered a lot of water damage and rot. Ultimately, he had to remove windows, replace load-bearing studs, re-do siding, work with an electrician, get permits from the City, and a whole lot of other things that are too numerous to mention! He was on the job for several weeks, and during that time, we were consistently impressed with his responsiveness, communication skills, patience, and consideration for us and our property. He worked hard to keep the work areas clean and as functional as possible, and he kept us updated on the timeline and budget. His workmanship was impeccable--although he had to replace huge sections of the interior and exterior of the walls of two rooms, you would never know when looking at the finished product. We feel very confident about the quality of Bailey's work and would definitely hire Duncan Renovation again.
