Working with Patrice over a several year period has been a great experience. Our mid-century ranch was totally renovated a few years ago, and Patrice has been instrumental in making it an elegant, but cozy home. She spent time with us determining our style, how we planned to use the space and how much we wanted to spend. We moved from a home with large scale furniture to a place with modest room sizes and ceiling heights. Patrice displayed her expertise by selecting items that fit the scale, time period (mid-century), and how we use the space. She's done everything from wall to floor coverings, furniture, artwork and accessories. Patrice sourced both old and new items for every room, resulting in an authentic mid-century look for the 21st century. She found original art work and furniture from the 1950s that fit with recently made sofas and chairs. Patrice also made sure to fit everything around items we had already purchased. The end result is a lovely home that fits our needs perfectly. We use every room on a regular basis. We're extremely pleased with Patrice's work and highly recommend her to others.

We worked with Patrice on remodeling our finished basement in a home we bought in 2016. It is an older home and needed some help! Patrice's eye for detail and design was outstanding! She was able to pull together some of the design that was already there but by making some needed revisions transformed the area into a brand new look! We were very happy with Patrice's professionalism and creative spirit.

We hired Patrice to help us with window treatments throughout our home and quickly learned that Patrice is very talented, patient and has a great eye. She takes the time to understand your taste and your needs and creates a design that you love. She also introduces you to designs, colors, and/or patterns that you may not have even been thinking about. I would highly recommend her for your interior decorating projects. An absolute professional with decades of experience in the design industry. Patrice has a style that's all her own, yet relatable and resonates with her clientele. I would classify her work as a classic foundation, with updated modern/contemporary touches that creates the new 21st century traditional. Based in formality, edging in on cutting design, that allows her clients to feel at once "home" in their new environment she creates, along with a sense of fun that draws them in.

My store worked with Patrice to update a Clients mid-century modern living room space. Patrice is attentive to the Clients needs as well as offering helpful opinions and options to create the perfect space. Her and her Client were a pleasure to work with. Patrice Munden Interior Design did a fantastic job of designing and managing the interior renovation and redecorating of the Royal Vagabond's 102 year old mansion at 4315 Westminster Place in St. Louis, MO. The $91K first floor project involved: the removal of carpeting and refinishing wood floors in 3 large rooms, installation of new ceramic tile flooring in the large foyer; the removal of old and dark fabric wall covering throughout the foyer and staircase and replacement of it with a much brighter fabric covering of better quality; refinishing of all wall and door frame woodwork, wall papering and ceiling and wall painting; selecting and installing beautiful window treatments; restoration of period light fixtures, including ornate chandeliers and sconces; and the selection and installation of new furniture in the large living room, dining room, foyer and selecting furniture for the library which more than doubled the first floor seating capacity, as well as refinishing existing dining room wood furniture and adding or updating accessories.

We have been working with Patrice for a little over a year now and she is one of the most professional interior designers we work with. Patrice always comes in to scout out furniture before she brings her clients in, to not waste her clients valuable time. Along with being extremely personable, Patrice has an amazing eye for design and truly cares about creating beautiful functional spaces for her clients. Her passion is contagious. I first hired Patrice in 2014 to complete several rooms in my home (I found her on Houzz). Since then, she has totally re-designed my living room. hearth room, foyer, and a bedroom as well as other areas. Her color sense and design style give each area a very attractive and relaxing look. Patrice is very easy to work with, very professional, and listens to what I want instead of simply telling me what she wants to do. I trust her judgment and her design expertise completely and I highly recommend her and her company for interior design services.

Patrice is extremely knowledgeable. She does not focus solely on the esthetics, although her designs are always stunning and timeless, but function as well. All around great designer, it was truly my pleasure working with Patrice.

In 2012, Patrice transferred her passion of improving lives to helping the women who reside in the YWCA Metro St. Louis Transitional Housing Program. She and her group of community volunteers with the assistance of residents transformed a gray, dull gathering room containing broken down furniture into a warm, vibrant community room. Once you step inside the room you instantly feel cozy and the warmth of friendship surrounds you. The transformation took place in less than 48 hours and to this day, it continues to be the welcoming and relaxing environment she originally envisioned it to be. But Patrice did not stop with just this project, she went on to completely revitalize the YWCA's boardroom and first-floor common areas with pictures of clients, volunteers and staff depicting their smiling proud faces as they engage in the myriad of services provided by the organization.

I had just moved into a new home when I hired Patrice to advise me about colors for the interior of my home. The previous owner had painted everything white. Patrice was very interested in learning about my color likes/dislikes and spent quite a bit of time talking with me, getting to know me and the needs of my family. After the initial consult, she quickly provided me with large color samples that I could place on my walls, allowing me to get a feel for how the color looked at all times of the day. I loved all of the color choices and proceeded to complete the painting process. I recently contacted Patrice again for a consultation about design for my living room. Patrice Munden is professional, experienced and a pleasure to work with!

I am a salon business owner I have been using Patrice Munden Designs services for the past six years or more. Patrice has played an intricate part in the design decisions of my salon layouts.
