Superior Garage Door of the Southeast

Missed the mark by inches, then ghosted me. Installed new insulated garage door and rails, had complete control of the assembly and tolerances and measured the garage in advance. My previous garage door sealed well. Ended up with a gap of inches where the top panel slopes inwards, the bottom also is inches from where the door should come. Sloppy install at the bottom that actually has more adjustment available but not used. The top is a nightmare. He then left the garage door in a non-working state, tried to say the motor was broken (He left it unplugged), sent one text, and left the job site messy. Michael Lee then ghosted me, it has been 17 days without a word. Highly do not recommend, he seemed like a nice guy but his professionalism is lacking.
