We have used Peter Plaue for several interior paint jobs, ranging from painting whole rooms to dealing with an area that had some mold or mildew that needed to be removed before painting, to making our beat-up kitchen cabinets look new again. Peter is meticulous, talented at color-matching, reasonably priced, totally honest, gets the project done when he says he will, and a pleasure to work with. Peter has completed both painting and wall paper projects for our family for over 30 years. He is an old world style craftsman who works by himself; so the project may take a little longer but your home isn't overrun with workmen getting dust everywhere. He is meticulously neat and great with dust control. His budgets are very accurate and he will tell you how the costs change as the scope of the project evolves. He has done everything on our home, from stairwell papering (and then painting 10 years later) with 20 foot drops, to kids bathrooms and bedrooms. The biggest drawback is that, as a craftsman, he can take longer than expected to complete a job, but it is always beautifully done.
