World Class Lighting

I itdered a chandelier my disabled sin chose for his 21st birthday. They took my money but no chandelier arrived in the 4 week delivery period. I gave them extra time due to covid, still no chandelier. I emailed them, no reply. I emailed a week later, still no reply. I’m emailing daily now and I have phoned them, the number is no longer active. I am now having to chase them via my credit card for non supply of goods purchased which will take months to recover my costs. It’s a real shame fir my son because I ordered this sparkly item fir him well in advance so he’d have something pretty for his big day. I do not recommend this company. Save your money, time and efforts. Avoid at all costs.

At first I was very impressed with the lights @ World Class Lighting. So I made a phone call and placed my order 3k Chandelier 6-8 weeks delivery and less than three weeks my order has arrived, but to my surprise Chandelier is incomplete and missed the most important part The Bracket Assembly and Crystals, Keep in mind No Bracket basically you have 3k Chandelier sitting in the Box.. Very disappointed !!! The advertising that World Class Lighting has on the front page is so deceiving ( Rigarding White House ) I should of done more study about the Reviews of WCL. And I can see now why so many customers are NOT HAPPY ! So I called and explain what I have missing, after three days I received my Crystals but NO Bracket. So I had to order one from my electrician. As owner and builder I have purchased lots of Chandeliers but in 15 years never got one Chandelier with out Bracket., Now all make sense in order not too lose a customer they shaped in less then three weeks but this Chandelier was supposed come from Spain and had to be INSPECTED so who DID IT ? Quality ? I'm Not IMPRESSED TOO many of the little holes around the 36" diameter had to be reworked, Center Plate that covers all wire was all dinged up, now to make meters worst missing over 40 pcs off Crystals, No Invoice Number, also the final Charge was completed without approval. Hmm makes you wander !!! Spiking about Charge I supposed to get a phone call ! Well you know.... So with Missing Parts Missing Crystals Poor Quality Poor SVC Very poor fallowing up Sorry but I can't give more than 2⭐️⭐️ My advice ? please do your self a favor study the market ! Do your homework Do I recommend WCL ? Absolutely NOT ! Kind regards Bj.

I ordered a Chandelier online and communicated with Mike Spearing in the UK office and paid my money. I was then told they could not provide the certificate required for it to be imported and used in NZ. They offer international sales and a money back guarantee. It's been 2 months and they still haven't refunded my money. They don't respond to emails and only voicemail on the phone. I would strongly recommend you purchase from another firm, I've lost $3000 USD to worldclasslighting.com hopefully my experience can save others from the same problem.
