I am a 31-year Realtor veteran working primarily in Marin County. Five years ago my daughter, Gina, teamed up with me. Together with her high energy and creative (millenial!) ideas, and my experience, we make a very effective duo. Our specialty is helping clients prepare their homes for sale using our unique, hands-on approach. We love the satisfaction of saving our sellers money on pre-marketing renovations/repairs, and getting their homes organized, de-cluttered and show-ready. Using our own stock of staging props, plus the homeowner's personal belongings, we can cut staging costs by thousands of dollars per transaction. For 2017 listings sold to date, 18 out of 19 homes we have sold went over list price, all but two receiving multiple offers. Our average list to sales price ratio is 105% showing we not only know how to save money during the pre-marketing process, but we market and sell homes for top dollar.
