The product seems impressive. I had issues from day one. Couldn't get unit to work. Product was reinstalled. Finally got it to work. With a little wind flames blow out. Had called them numerous times and no one returns a call. The owner Mike does not call back. Loves taking your money. Was promised to have crossfire within 2 weeks and took over 4 weeks. The glass rock took 5 weeks. I had to call them twice to get glass rock. The glass rock pops like popcorn. It actually popped out of fire pit. Could land on someone and really burn someone. I have called customer service/owner numerous times and he never gets back to you.

The burner we bought from Warming Trends is a fantastic product. The service that Mike and Mike provided was exceptional. They were helpful and provided direction for all of my questions. We bought the 300,000 BTU/hr burner for our fire pit and it performs perfectly! We are going to enjoy our fire pit outfitted with this amazing product for years. The entire staff that helped me was first class. They understand their product and help refine the design for our fire pit burner which was a 71" arched burner. Turn around time was three weeks. I asked if I could have the burner in hand at that time and was assured that was doable. Spot on the burner arrived and was installed in a few days. Works great and I have no qualms about recommending Warming Trends to anyone in need of a custom fabricated burner.

Bought a custom burner. We paid more but were so impressed with the results I wanted to post something. I can already tell we'll save gas and the size flame is super impressive and the contractor installing was legitimately impressed as well. We're so happy because it's a beautiful flame and we barly even need to turn on the gas. They were quick, prompt and professional. We had very little contact with them but just told them what I wanted, paid abd it showed up in the mail when we expected. The performance and gas savings will pay dividends toward the additional costs quickly. I felt like it was a risk but I shouldn't have, it's one of the things I've been most pleased with after a costly patio remodel...I'm glad I took time to research burners and came across their website.

I purchased an automated burner from Warming Trends. They were helpful in the selection. The ordering and shipping was spot on. After we installed the unit, warming trends was there to help out. We had an incident shortly after the unit was installed. It was not due to the warming trends unit, but the people at warming trends helped us to quickly resolve the issue. Very Pleased.

We remodeled out backyard this summer. I had an existing wood burning firepit and wanted to convert it to gas burning. Warming trends made it so easy to do. I sent them the sizes of my existing firepit and they custom made the plate and burners. The fit was perfect and it is beautiful. Warming trends was very helpful and did an excellent job. Just wanted to give a shout out for Warming Trends As a swimming Pool Contractor I have been involved with many High end projects. On one such job we needed to rebuild a rock fire pit installed next to the swimming pool. Not knowing who or where to go, we found Warming Trends...
