We have been working with Walter and his team over the past 8 months on a full home renovation, including extension and new kitchen. We have just moved home after 6 months... with no delay.... and are thrilled with the result. For the final finishing touches, Walter is a call away and will always send someone over to ensure the job is completed right. From the outset Walter has been upfront, honest and easy to work with. He is detail oriented and pro-actively solves problems when needed, though keeps in touch to discuss next steps, with updates, photos etc. His quotes are also very detailed which makes it easy to keep track of costs especially given all the moving parts! It is always easier if "client and contractor" behave like a team, as not everything will go to plan but we visited the site regularly which helped a lot. We were definitely a team! Would highly recommend Walter to anyone contemplating his services.

Six stars if there were six to give. Walter and his team are the ONLY contractors I let into my home. This is the third interior reno they have done for me and I can't say enough about their professionalism, honesty and the quality of their work. Meticulous from start to finish. Friendly, punctual and particularly adept at understanding exactly what it is you want as a finished product. From start to finish it is fully evident that they take pride in what they do and they deliver the product to match that pride.

Walter and his crew did an excellent job on a quirky project of ours, building a soundproof piano studio in a condo. Soundproofing requires precision of execution and quality materials, and Walter delivered on both. At various points in the project, Walter questioned aspects of the plan and provided invaluable guidance on how to correct or improve the final result. His crew did an amazing job using existing materials to flawlessly patch the wood floor due to the change of floorplan. This reduced cost and ensured a perfect match. Finishing work (baseboards, plastering, painting) was crisp and clean. Unlike many other contractors in Montreal, Walter provides FULL COST TRANSPARENCY, with itemized invoices for all materials and labor. I would recommend Walter without reservation, and am planning to use him again to freshen up our kitchen and bathroom next year.

You go through the project with him and while he's doing it many of the jobs that had been previously discussed and agreed were part of the contract become "Extras".
