Walls and Floors

They left the tiles in the middle of the street. If you are in a flat they won’t bring the tiles upstairs so make sure you are strong enough to carry them, they are stupidly heavy. Some tiles arrived broken as well

I am a tiler and AVOID walls and floors at all costs they provide a poor service and have cheap quality tiles, they mess up orders and the company is a joke. Save your money and go to a proper tile company like Tile choice in kettering the staff are trained properly and it will save you money in the long run. I have gone out of my way to convince my customers to choose their tiles elswhere this year and have had great satisfaction in passing on my negative experiences to other tradesman and customers. I have had jobs turn up straight from the warehouse of mixed batched tiles that were of different shades, the showroom sell discounted out of date products that are past the 12month shelf life, they only care about sales and have no concerns with complaints. I have had tiles that are not flat. From my professional experience this is the worse tile company i have ever dealt with.

Definitely a great company with such an amazing array of choice. I wasn’t a 100% sure on what I wanted but I used their tile finder and found exactly what I need in the end. They’ve got amazing advice too on saving money and looking after the tiles. I got the marble effect tiles and they’re so easy to clean and use and you can’t tell its not real marble, but the aftercare is so much better and they will never ruin like real marble could. Amazing service and delivery too!

The showroom is impressive, with lots of choice. Too much almost. Found some nice tiles at a good price. The after sale service - not so good. Tiles "dumped" at the roadside that my wife and I had to heft into the house on our own. Sore backs for weeks later. Called to complain and told that customer service was "very important" to them. Told I would be contacted to arrange compensation. Didn't happen. So - before you use these guys, make sure you go down to the gym and exercise your back first.
