I recently ordered two undermount granite kitchen sinks from Wallaby Home and was super impressed by their genuine customer care and for going above & beyond to ensure I had a good shopping experience. I first contacted WH to find out the price of the sinks I had seen online, not only was i told the price, they also let me know there was a Cyber Monday sale the following day where I'd be able to order them at a discounted price! Within a matter of days the sinks had arrived, however sadly one was damaged in transit (WA to Melb). I sent a few pictures to show the damage, and with no questions asked a new sink was immediately shipped the following day - what impressed me the most, was their care in resolving the issue immediately and again, within a matter of days the new sink (perfect condition) arrived. My house renovations are not yet complete, but when they are I'll post a picture of my fabulous new kitchen and these gorgeous sinks. It's rare to get this service nowadays - A big shout out to Dagmara who assisted me every step of the way.
