We worked with Waldemar on an addition to our home in 2009, and we recommend him highly. We added a master bedroom/bathroom and family room. We initially liked that he is both an architect and a contractor, so we were able to work with him from design through build. He and his team did a wonderful job, and we were thrilled with the work. He stayed on schedule (which is apparently rare for most contractors), and often had creative ideas for how to reduce costs. I recall his thoroughness as we walked through the project together multiple times, and he blue-taped every issue we saw. His team worked 7 days a week (we had moved out), and were extremely professional.
