WAKE + LOOM DESIGN

I hired this design firm to redo my kitchen and powder room. I was very impressed throughout the project with the communication with the designer. Gabriela took into account my preferences for the space, and never made it feel like my concerns were invalid. I wanted to be involved in design decisions, and she always asked for my thoughts but also provided recommendations when I was plagued with decision overload. She responded to my concerns in a timely manner, and even took care of things over the weekend. I also thought the contractor team they used was great. They were respectful of my space while I lived in the house during construction. The project ran in line with projected budget and timeline. I recommend Wake + Loom to anyone looking for a design firm.

We absolutely loved working with Holly and Gabriela of Wake and Loom! As we're in LA we primarily worked with Holly and she was fantastic. From the beginning, she did a wonderful job of listening to our (probably terrible and definitely unsophisticated) descriptions of what we wanted in terms of the look of our house. Their design boards were spot on with minimal changes needed. She also had some great ideas to make slight changes to the house (i.e. remove cabinets above a bar and add floating shelves with a tile wall) that greatly improved the look and feel of the house. Also important...they stayed within the budget we gave them! We've recommended them to friends and hope you'll consider using them too!

Gabriela, Holly, and team have been fantastic to work with! When taking on a large remodel of our newly purchased home, my wife and I wanted to find someone who could breathe life into a house with a lot of potential. Our project ended up taking 6 months and WAKE + LOOM was able to wildly exceed our expectations. Gabriela took our ideas and thoughts and turned them into an absolutely stunning home. With the complications that COVID has caused on supply delays and shipping issues, the team at WAKE + LOOM masterfully found ways to effectively coordinate the delivery of items or propose replacements that fit with our planned design. Not having to worry about a thing was a major relief. WAKE + LOOM was on top of absolutely everything and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to turn their space into an absolute dream.

The team at Wake + Loom Design did a fabulous job of creating a new bathroom space that went from subpar to absolutely amazing. I could not have done it without these two wonderful ladies. They were so professional and a delight to work with. I would hire them in a heart beat again. They are the best.

I hired Wake & Loom because they were recommended by a colleague. Our kitchen. dining and living rooms were transformed into exactly what we had hoped for. Since I am in L.A., I had the pleasure of working mostly with Holly who was extremely helpful, creative and honest. She saw to every issue and made sure the workers were here when expected. The time frame and design plan we agreed upon were met as expected. Our house looks so elegant and yet so cozy now. I can not recommend these designers enough. And I plan to use them again for our pool house in the near future.

I have been wanting to re-do my living room and bedroom for the longest time but have absolutely no design skills. I found Wake + Loom through Houzz and couldn't be happier! Gabby really listened to what I was looking for, gave me advice about what would (and wouldn't) work, and overall just designed spaces that now (finally) feel like home. The attention to detail is what impressed me the most about the designers at Wake + Loom. Oh, and the customer service can't be beaten. Working with them is like having coffee with your besties -- who happen to be highly skilled designers. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

My dream bathroom is complete and I do not believe it would have turned out this good had it not been for Wake + Loom. The process started with simply sending them inspiration pictures of master bathrooms that I loved and from there they created a design based on some of my favorite styles. It was quick and relatively easy the whole way through. The hardest part was giving up control but I'm really glad I did- I can't wait to get started on another project with them! I really feel that I have a unique space now.

We found Wake + Loom off Houzz and immediately loved their design work. When we initially reached out they responded back immediately and were extremely positive, eager and receptive to help us design our condo. Their rates are competitive and very reasonable in the Atlanta market. Gabby and Holly helped us remodel and design our new Midtown Atlanta condo from remodel to finish. After a walk-thru of our condo, they provided us detailed PDF designs for each room along with a Pinterest board for purchasing items. We loved everything they picked out for our condo including: the mid-century pieces, to the color scheme, down to the small accent pieces. We are in love with our condo and plan to use them again for future projects. We highly recommend Wake + Loom!

Gabriela provided me with multiple options for working together as designer and client, so that I could be as involved or uninvolved in the process as I chose. I was nervous, having never worked with a designer before, and having a modest budget for the size of the project. Working with Gabriela and her team was an absolute pleasure. They understood our style and made 2 rooms that not only fit our style, but also incorporated things we love. While they stayed true to the aesthetic we prefer, they also put their own flair into the rooms, which made them turn out better than I could have ever expected.
