Richard Adams

I worked with Zuver Construction on a custom bathroom vanity for a newly remodeled master bathroom. They took time to understand my design requirements delivered a beautifully done piece. My vision was a floating solid Walnut vanity. We couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out.

Wade and his team were recommended by a friend for a remodel project on our home. Zuver worked closely with us to understand what our needs (2nd baby coming, so project had to be done on time) and budget restrictions (2nd baby coming and all the expenses that go with that) and was able to deliver ahead of teh arrival and with only a few extra expenses that were due to unexpected circumstances. I highly recommend working with Wade/Cory and the rest of the team and Zuver will be my first call next time we do more work on our home.

Zuver has an awesome team. We hired them to do a complete remodel on our kitchen, down stairs bathroom, and entry way into the house. The project came in on budget and on time. What’s been really great about working with Zuver is they excel both at quality of the construction and customer service skills. It’s been a pleasure working with the entire team turning a dated 1980s kitchen into a modern space that is not only beautiful to look at but exceptionally functional as well. I would highly recommend Zuver for any construction project and plan to use them again in the future when we get around to remodeling the upstairs master suite.

I highly recommend Wade Zuver and his crew. We just had a complete kitchen remodel and removal of a large old brick fireplace that sat in between the kitchen and family room. They have great ideas for layout and functionality of a room. They were also helpful with putting together a style I love without me having to know a lot about style verbiage. I could explain little things I liked and other than me showing them a few pictures, they pulled it off to a tee. Lastly, they are very detail oriented and make sure the job is absolutely perfect.

We used Zuver Construction for a large home addition (1,000+ sf). Things we loved about working with Zuver: 1. Our addition doesn't look like an addition. Wade helped us pick a design that would provide the space we wanted that flowed naturally with our existing structure. 2. Communication was clear and answers to questions came quickly. 3. Cost came in within our expected budget 4. Quality of construction. Never felt like Zuver was trying to cut corners. 5. Custom cabinets. Zuver's cabinet shop went well beyond our expectations with built-ins that were beautiful. These were recommended by Wade and turned out to be the most talked about feature of our new space. 6. Zuver's determination to ensure we were completely happy with the work. The Zuver team was committed to making our requests work.

Zuver Construction has done amazing work in each of our homes. They are the only ones we call! Mr. Zuver is friendly, full of amazing ideas, listens to what our needs are and they made our homes beautiful, cozy and functional. All the men working with him are professional and work hard. We used Zuver Construction for 3 projects: master bathroom remodel, upstairs main bathroom remodel, and replacement of baseboards and bedroom doors. Each job was done to our complete satisfaction. The quotes were accurate and the timeline for completion of the jobs was accurate. Wade provided daily updates via e-mail or phone call, the job site was cleaned up well each day, and we were 100% comfortable having his contractors in our house while we were gone. We will use Zuver Construction for any future projects and have recommended them to others.

Zuver Construction did a FANTASTIC job on our bathroom addition. Wade was very informative throughout the entire process and always followed through on what he told us. The entire process went smoother and quicker than we ever could have imagined and amazingly our home did not feel like a construction zone during the project. The end results blew us away, Wade nailed it in terms of delivering exactly what we wanted. We were so impressed with the results that we are having him do our kitchen in a few months as well. I highly recommend Zuver Construction to anyone considering a remodel or addition.

We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work done on a complete remodel of our kitchen. Of all the remodels we have been through, this was absolutely the best. The quality, workmanship and speed of the project was simply fantastic. We think very highly of Mr. Zuver and his workers. They were very professional and pleasant in all of our interactions. And, we didn't exceed the planned budget. We would recommend him to any of our friends for future reference. And, we plan to use him for another remodel in the upcoming weeks.
