Showroom has a vast selection. Valentino the owner of Tile Boutique came to see the multiple projects at our house. He came up with cost effective and beautiful solutions for multiple bathrooms as well as our laundry room ‘butlers pantry’ off our St.Charles Kitchen. The install team custom cut the stone on our premises which I had no issue with and seamlessly installed the new backsplash along the 1,200 square ft kitchen. The custom cabinets, new sink and countertops in the laundry room were absolutely competitively priced. I had received three quotes as well as going to HD myself to price the configuration, Valentino was fairly priced. The crew that installed worked very efficiently! They kept the work area spotless and I had minimal cleanup- truly remarkable. Project was completed on time. I particularly like that the owner made himself available to follow through with any questions or requests. Now we are finding more projects! Valentino was our first call.

I purchased with Tile Boutique twice. The second time was very disappointing. We liked the tiles for our kitchen backplash and we appreciated the help from the salesperson to pick out tiles for us. Tile Boutique does have a nice selection of high-quality tiles and their service is prompt. These are their strengths. Unfortunately, the experience with the kitchen countertop fabrication and installation was quite nightmarish. Therefore, I do not recommend purchasing kitchen countertops from this place. I interviewed 3 companies in total for countertop fabrication; one company's quote was substantially higher, and Tile Boutique's quote and the third company's quote were the same. Since I was going to purchase backsplash tiles from Tile Boutique anyway I thought it’d be easier to purchase our countertop there as well. However, I missed the fact that Tile Boutique was a middle man. They do not fabricate stones themselves but they contract these jobs out. This essentially means that I ended up hiring the cheapest fabricator of all three. I did regret the decision to hire them. Not only was the fabricator's attitude towards me horrible, but the work quality was poor. I was not home during the installation. The stone pieces were cut wrong so one piece did not fit. Instead of redoing it, the guy simply shoved my countertop into the sheetrock, so that the overhung ends up being half an inch on one end and one inch on the other. There’s also a big gap (1-2mm) btw the stone and the cabinets, and they sealed it with silicone so sloppily that there’s large amounts of silicone spilled over onto my cabinet everywhere. When Valentino (boss of Tile Boutique) came with the fabricator to fix the overhung, instead of re-templating and cutting a new piece of stone for us, they simply plucked out the existing piece, trimmed it outside my home, and then put it back. Now it fit, but the seam was wide and did not look great. I was quite disappointed because our kitchen is very expensive and our countertop is a beautiful white quartz.

We just had our 3rd project carried out by Tile Boutique and we can only say great things about not only the job but everyone we worked with at the shop. Gabriella and AnnMarie were terrific, helpful and knowledgeable and could answer all our question. Valentino, the owner, is a professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. But Florentino, the tile setter was FABULOUS. He is a true artisan and his attention to detail second to none.Their work is exemplary. Thank you all.

Tile Boutique did an amazing job installing our new master bathroom, which was a complete gut job and new design. Valentino was the contractor for the project hiring the electrician and plumber in addition to supervising the tile work. He wasn’t our original contractor, but after meeting with him and Annemarie we knew they should be in charge of the project and they more than lived up to our expectations. In addition to advising on tile layout and material choices, Valentino took care of installing radiant heat in the floor, all fixtures and fittings. He and Annemarie helped with the room layout (and were very patient with our uncertainty in decision making), designing a custom shower, and reusing the previous custom vanity with new granite countertop and hardware. Rohl plumbing fixtures and shower glass was purchased from Consolidated Plumbing in Mount Vernon. Great experience with everyone! Including with solving problems which inevitably come up. We believe we got good value for the price we paid, the quality of the workmanship is top notch. Would definitely use again!

We had our backs against the wall to complete our new kitchen installation by this weekend and found ourselves short on the backsplash tiles. it only took one call to Tile Boutique and Sales Associate Anna Marie to fix the problem.. She was not only extremely helpful, but also very patient in completing the purchase.. I highly recommend both Tile Boutique and Anna Marie for your next home improvement project

I used Masterpiece Tile and Marble for new quartz counters(Piatra Grey Caeserstone) for custom bar. Everything went well counters came out great.

Kitchen backsplash was done by Masterpiece Tile & Marble Very helpful in tile selection Installation was timely and when there was a small problem with the grout, they sent someone right away to fix it.

Our project - completed in 2 1/2 weeks - was a bit challenging and involved a significant re-leveling of the floor as well as elimination of squeaks in the sub-floor which is over 80 years old. In every respect the work was professionally done and the installers were both knowledgeable and accommodating. Their many years of experience made the difference.

You did our kitchen floors and I can't be happier than we are with the level of professional service you supplied to us from the beginning of the project to its completion. The showroom alone when we first walked in offered a promise of what we could expect delivered by you and we weren't disappointed. Like all projects nothing is written in stone but you were able to adapt to our schedule and help us meet our deadline so others can begin theirs. We would defiantly recommend anyone that needs tiles to go to your establishment. We're comparison shoppers and feel of all the ones we’ve visited and there were many on our kitchen journey that you are the “BEST” in shop, “BEST” in materials, “BEST” in staff than any other out there trying to offer the same thing. Materpiece Tile just completed a second bathroom in my house. The kids bathroom came out so beautifully and it was such an easy experience that i had Masterpiece Tile come back to do my master bath. From demolition to completion of both bathrooms, i could not have been happier. Masterpiece tile has a great selection of tile. Valentino was extemely patient and helpful when choosing tile, flooring, vanities. Each phase of the project was completed just when they said it would be. Each day, Valentino came by to make sure everything was going as planned. The work was done seamlessly and to perfection. The plumber and electrician they brought in were also wonderful and a pleasure to work with. Valentino coordinated everything and was flexible throughout the entire process. Most of the work was done when I was at work and I was completely comfortable with the workman being in my house without me there.

Can't rave more about the help I received from Anne Marie! I was planning a kitchen remodel with Top Drawer in New Rochelle as my designer. They recommended Anne Marie for help with the backsplash design. She has an amazing eye for color - and helped me choose the perfect combination of quartz countertop, simple subway field tile and spectacular crackle glass backsplash. She then helped me with the layout design - came out beautiful! I also decided on a woodlook tile for the floor, and again, had a large selection of beautiful products to choose from at competitive prices. I choose to do my foyer, kitchen and dining room in this tile and couldn't be more pleased. (see Fosi house on highview under Top Drawer for pictures on Houzz). I also helped my in-laws design a bathroom in their home with her help. I would highly recommend Masterpiece tile and Anne Marie for expert help on design, color combinations and for an amazing product selection.

I have used Valentino and Masterpiece tile for several projects: Complete kitchen and bathroom renovations Remove bathtub and install an glass enclosed shower, install kitchen backsplash and remove wooden floor and replace with ceramic tile for my whole apartment. Their work is always done on time and with great results. That is why I keep going back. Friends always remark on what a great job was done. When, after demo, a project had to be expanded the case was clearly made and I agreed that the extra work had to be done. Valentino always worked within my budget and helped me control costs. After so many projects, I count him as a friend and would recommend him to anybody looking for stone or tile work

As designers, we've worked with a lot of tile & stone companies, and we consider Masterpiece Tile to be one of the best. Excellent service and wonderful people to work with. They made great recommendations for product choices, keeping budget and deadlines in mind. Very helpful.

I loved working with the folks at Masterpiece Tile. Yanique and Annemarie are lovely, professional, and full of great advice and recommendations. They were patient and not pushy, but followed through when they needed to. Also, you would be amazed at the selection that Masterpiece has in terms of tile. Really gorgeous stuff. I wish I had a million bathrooms and kitchens to do because there were just so many great options and ideas. You would be remiss to not check out their showroom before deciding on tile for your next project. The photos I have to date are of the project that is not completed, but you can see the beautiful tile that I bought from Masterpiece. If the review allows me to, I will post completed project photos. I am still waiting for finishing touches (paint, granite top, shower door, etc.).

Tackled another project using tiles purchased from Tile Boutique. They have a great and unique selection. I've been looking for an elegant/uniques tiles locally and can't find anything suit my expectations. Then I remember Valentino owner of this company. I worked with him a while back. He is one of most pleasant professional I came across with in this business. He recommended me few items to choose from. I chose 2 items which can be view on their web: Inlay Carrara with Stainless & Snow White Allure. They are so lovely, had them ship to me with surprisingly lower cost than I expected. Always a pleasure working with Valentino, he listened to your desired/expectation and use his knowledge/great taste to give you solution. Well done Val...love the tiles, will share with you once the whole project completed.

Master piece tile and Marble is one of the best Tile company that I have ever worked with. An-Marie is great! she is the kind of person who would show up when she needs to and to do what ever it takes to get the job done!. Her color Coordinating skills are off the charts!. Its at the point now where I simply send her my cad files of the job, tell her a brief description of my intent and have her take it from there. She is bang on EVERYTIME!!

Valentino and his staff are first rate! They tracked down a unique glass tile for our kitchen back-splash, and went out of their way to be sensitive to our fussy requirements. The installer arrived as scheduled; was experienced, attentive, and neat. I highly recommend their services. However, if you're shopping based solely on price - you can certainly find better deals, but remember the old adage; "You get what you pay for".
