A+ and a wonderful experience Phillip Bellhoff and the folks at VIP Stone & Tile. Once I selected my tile (which was hard because everything in their store is gorgeous!) Phillip kept me updated on when it would be fabricated, delivered and installed. I knew what to expect every step of the way. Their team was super-fast with the installation and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Through the entire process of renovating a 1903 house there have been many hiccups – but working with VIP was not one of them. I highly recommend them and, should I ever go through another renovation, would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks so much!

Great local store. Many materials and options to select from. Phil is extremely knowledgeable and had great idea's. He was very easy to work with and helped us avoid some pitfalls we would have had if he wasn't paying attention to our project details. We are thrilled with the quality and look of our project.

As an Architect in the commercial world, I expect a high level of detail and care on projects; something that isn't always there in the residential construction world. VIP Stone & Tile is highly skilled and detailed. They took the time to level the floor of our sunroom so the large tiles would lay flat and not crack. We had a Schluter heated floor system installed and they were quite skilled and knowledgeable about the product. The tiles were perfectly centered in the space and grout joints clean and even (appealing to our obsession with symmetry). Phillip was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure the project was smooth and easy start to finish. I'd certainly use them again and recommend them.

VIP was extremely helpful with the remodeling of our condo. We needed someone we could turn the keys over to and not worry. And VIP did just that. Phil Selloff kept us informed of the process and when he returned the keys the only affect was a beautiful tile job. No mess, no problems. Even when we changed the scope of work, VIP shifted to our needs and performed beautifully. We look forward to the next project with Phil and VIP Tile.
