Our interior designer referred us to Vin Gadoury Construction and we will be forever grateful. Vin and his entire team are consummate professionals. With careful planning, clear and consistent communication and the highest standards, Vin's team gut renovated three full bathrooms and a laundry room for us on schedule and on budget. Vin's experience, creativity and energy turned our solid plans into ones that were more beautiful and functional than we had thought possible. The final results exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with the results. We enjoy them each and every day. At the outset of the project, Vin was clearly passionate about providing well-designed, quality home construction. The proposal was thorough and complete. The project was highly organized. Work does not commence until all materials are in, so there are zero lulls or delays. During the project, we vacated our house for about seven week's while Vin's team did its magic. They treated our home probably better than we do - keeping the job site spotless and secure. Change orders were communicated on a timely basis. His careful eye caught items and here and there in our house that needed some TLC ( a scratched floor, some damaged drywall) and his team fixed them. Punchlist items (few that there were) were all taken care of and his team even agreed to do some additional painting, staining and plumbing work in other parts of our home before they left - all at the highest quality and the fairest price. And, they made sure to know that we can call on them for any home needs at any time in the future. We are incredibly thankful that we are now part of the Vin Gadoury Construction family and will definitely use them for our next project.

Vin Gadoury is the ultimate professional. His Construction Company and his entire staff are all experts in their field. Vin came up with great ideas which I never even thought of as we began the renovations to our home. We renovated our entire 2nd floor, including all new hardwood floors, renovated all three bathrooms, they built a custom vanity for my wife in the Master bathroom and expanded our walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. They customized my closets by adding draws and additional hanging space. The team also renovated our entire foyer with beautiful new marble floors. They painted all the rooms and ceilings. There is nothing that Vin Gadoury can’t do when it comes to your home. There is no doubt in my mind that he added value to our home. He was always on schedule and he consistently keeps you updated on each phase of the construction process. Vin and his team also recently repaired my chimney’s. His knowledge goes far beyond anyone I have ever met when comes to home repairs. He’s the real deal!

Vin Gadoury and his team renovated our master bath, replaced several windows and painted the exterior of our home. He came highly recommended by neighbors and friends. All the work they did was very well done. Additionally, they were very efficient and conscientious of making as little disruption for us as possible! Vin communicated directly with me each day and I always knew the day’s plan in advance as well as future steps. His workers are polite, diligent and pleasant to have around! We hit one snag after completion and I called Vin at 8pm on a Thursday night. He promptly answered my call (he always does) and was at my house the next morning to fix the issue. We plan on renovating our kitchen and other two baths with Vin in the future! Vin has repeat customers for a reason! His craftsmanship and customer service set him apart.

We initially contacted Vin a year ago about redoing our kitchen, including a redesign of the first floor. It took a while to get on his schedule, but his team was absolutely worth the wait. We’ve worked with other contractors before, but Vin and his team were far superior. His proposal was thorough and well thought out, and his ideas for redesigning the existing layout were perfect to avoid having to do an addition. Vins team finished ahead of schedule (which is unheard of) without any overages. He has complete control of the project from the first day to the last and is readily available when questions arise. We’ve recommended him to several friends and will use him again for every project in the future.

Spectacular! Vin and his crew transformed our first floor - we are still amazed it is our house! More importantly, they were amazing to work with. The communication is second to none. Everyone from Vin to our designer, Brian, to his office staff and crew were truly a pleasure to work with. They demo’d most of the first floor, installed a steel beam and completed an extensive kitchen reno in 4 weeks. This should have been the most difficult renovation we have done to date and it was by far the easiest. Thank you VGC!

Vin and team renovated 3 bathrooms for us over the past year and we could not be more pleased with the results! From the project management and design help at Designs for Living Kitchens and Baths, to his highly skilled team of men...all a pleasure to do work with. Vin is extremely responsive to any issues or questions and is checking in with the work progress daily. He wants to be certain the job is done right and that you are 100% satisfied. We were very impressed with how well the construction team worked together in such a confined space...always showing up on time with smiles on their faces! Vin is the BEST! He is so meticulous, his crew is always so responsive and he, most importantly, makes the process as seamless and predictable as possible. Vin Gadoury Construction gave us the kitchen of my dreams, this summer. Although the world was still dealing with pandemic delays, our renovation project was seamless from design, to construction, to installation to finish work. Vin and his whole team are professional, conscientious, and kind and were able to complete our kitchen renovation within the specified timeline. The workmanship is outstanding and the attention to detail is second to none. We have extensively renovated/added to our house over the last ten years. During that time period, we have used three different builders (Vin Gadoury being one of them). The only builder we would hire again is Vin Gadoury. His attention to detail and quality craftsmanship really set him apart from his competitors. When you hire Vin, his team takes care of everything and compiles a "job site checklist' well in advance of starting the project so that all materials are ordered/on site when the job starts. We can't say enough about his carpenters/sub-contractors (Chris, George, Ethan to name a few) as they are courteous and trustworthy. They really are a solid team and a well-oiled machine at renovations/additions. We would not hesitate to hire Vin Gadoury Construction again (and plan to do so for another upcoming project)!

We had our kitchen renovation done by Vin and Designs for Living this summer. Vin's attention to detail, adherence to timeline and willingness to accommodate are all things that set him apart from other contractors. Vin gave us a 3 week timeline and was able to deliver! His team works hard and stays on task without getting distracted. They arrive when they say they will and do exceptional work. Vin wants you to be happy with the finished product and if that means changing something along the way, he'd rather get it right the first time so that you're happy. We had a few tweaks to make after they were done and Vin sent his guys right out to have it taken care of. I couldn't recommend Vin and Designs for Living more!

I cannot recommend Vin Gadoury Construction enough! He did a large scale kitchen/mudroom/powder room reno for us and was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. The project was finished ahead of the projected date and every last detail was thought of. Vin included us in the process and always had recommendations for what we should do for a given part of the project, but also pushed us to make the decision that we wanted so the final product would be something we loved. His attention to detail and care for our project were exceptional, and it was honestly a bit bittersweet when the project finished as we had such a positive experience with him. I've recommended Vin to friends who have had a very similar experience and I can't wait to work with him again.

Vin and company constructed a bathroom in our semi-finished basement. The project included determining the best location to build, designing the space, selecting the cabinetry/plumbing/fixtures, and construction. Vin and his team were both friendly and communicative. We were kept in the loop on all schedule and project changes, for which there were few. The project started on time and was complete within a few weeks. We are very happy with the results and look forward to working with Vin again on future projects.
