Vince Mazza, owner of Homeland Builders, built a beautiful home for us in West River, MD! He is very meticulous and uses excellent subcontractors. He was on the job site every day and was instrumental in coordinating the work efficiently. Vince persevered through an extremely wet 2018 and he was unwilling to compromise the quality of the work based on this uncontrollable factor. He worked within our budget. We are especially grateful for his attention to quality workmanship and his knowledge of building costs. Vince Mazza president of Homeland Builders is a hands-on builder. He was with us all the way through the project. Meetings with the engineers, County, Sub-contractors, Home Inspector to the completion of our home. There was several modifications to the project together with design changes. I would recommend him to anyone. His workmanship and care in completing the project to your satisfaction is Excellent.

I highly recommend Vince Mazza/Homeland Builders. My project was the construction a new modular home. Communication was excellent through out the planning and execution phases. The plan drawing and pricing of options were done in a timely manner. He worked within my budget, and had great suggestions/alternatives if my requests exceeded the budget. Even with the inevitable obstacles put forth by Anne Arundel County, there were no unexpected financial surprises throughout the project. The modular company that Vince used was first class. After 2 1/2 years, there are no settling cracks. Honestly, who can say that? Very impressive. Extremely well insulated, very efficient. His subcontractors were very good also. The foundation, all electric, plumbing and HVAC has worked without incident for 2 /12 years. A minor glitch was dealt with immediately at move-in. I always felt my project had Vince's full attention. I don't mean to gush praise, but I had attempted the project numerous times before with lying and untrustworthy companies which was stressful and awful. I feel fortunate to have discovered Homeland Builders and would use them again. I highly recommend Vince Mazza/Homeland Builders, LLC.

Vince finished our basement and did an outstanding job. He was always accessible, pleasant and very easy to work with. Vince had a lot of great ideas and made the process enjoyable. He finished the project on time and within budget. We would hire him again to do work on our house and most likely will as we have a new list of items that we want done. Great Job Vince!!
