bathroom tiles cracking in less than 2 years. crooked shower door installation. mr. faustino has admitted that they were improperly installed and admitted that he does not subcontract the work so it was his own people. with that said, he refuses to remedy the problem. stay away from this contractor.

I am a Senior Loan Officer and close a good volume of Construction and Renovation loans and therefore I have broad experience working with builders and contractors in the normal course of business. One of my Renovation Loan clients chose Victor as their builder/contractor. Victor is clearly Very experienced and through the project has proven to be responsive, professional and demonstrates a clear knowledge of his area of expertise. My clients are Very happy and they are Very pleased with the workmanship. Lastly Victor handled all of the smaller things such as budgeting with ease. He priced fairly and no additional / surprise costs appeared down the line. I Highly recommend Victor!

Victor made the time to come to my house to learn about the project, and seemed knowledgeable and professional, but he never followed through with a quote for the project. I followed up with him directly many times, but was given the excuse that he was on vacation, or that he would get back to me the following week, but he never made good on his promise. It's very disappointing to encounter a professional who blows off a potential customer.

Victor was a great help and wonderful to work with. He stayed in touch with me through every step. The lighting fixture was hung with the electric ran to it with no problems. The area was cleaned up after the project was complete. Very happy! Will call him again.

Victor personally designed our bathroom remodel to our great satisfaction. No one is perfect AND cheap but Victor's men were professional and very considerate of our home furnishings as they completed the job in a timely manner. Their group is being considered for a kitchen re-modeling job at this time.

Unless you are present to check the installation to make sure that the parts are the correct ones and installed in the proper places. I would not recommend it.

Victor's worker did a beautiful, meticulous job painting our kitchen, leaving everything clean when he was finished. Cost was reasonable and competitive.

I have worked with Victor on several projects such as the Sangillo kitchen remodel. Victor Faustino is an honest contractor who does excellent work. Victor's knowledge of the home improvement industry is first rate. I have supplied Victor for a few years with cabinetry, and he is always pleasant his customers are always happy with his workmanship.
