Had a very bad experience and still not resolved,should have given 1 star. I advise anyone to stay away. We had the White Vicostone installed by the builder. House was completed in 2016. With one off the counters being long, the joint had a slight mismatch and along the edge by the joint during the repair, it was made worse. After months of going back and forth, the vendor decided to replace it. Thought that would solve everything , but was wrong. They created so much dust, that they barely cleaned the counter. After i cleaned it, along with the whole house with the dust created, discovered a long streak glue residue on the counter. After calling the builder to remove it, said he would return with a blade and never did. So i bought a new blade and removed it. There was a dull subsurface discoloration under this streak. This is when the issues started to rise again with the builder and vendor. 2 to 3 months after the install, another large discoloration started to occur by the sink, 2 large sub-surface blemishes, was reported to the builder during a visit, but not in writing. This prolonged the issue of replacement. After several more months, it was agreed to be replaced. However the builder and vendor wanted me to sign off that I will absolve them of further issues. I did not agree to this. They wanted to be absolved if issues rise from the install or the product, all I wanted was 1 year. So without the warranty, we have put off the fix/install. We've been so cautious each time since day 1 with this product, that we lay a towel for every task, like a cutting board or plate or making coffee. We have no faith in the durabilty in this product. The warranty hassles and poor product outcomes has not made us in favor of this product.

I purchased the Pietra Grey slab from Vicostone for my dining room table top and buffet top and absolutely love it! It never scratches and looks like a incredible natural quarry stone. It cleans up beautifully. No more water marks!
