Vicki's Custom Walls

A friend referred us to Vicki when we were searching for someone to hang wallpaper on our master bedroom ceiling. Vicki was called in to assist us with re-ordering of an incorrect order, assist with ceiling prep and hanging of the paper. She was 100%, without a doubt, phenomenal. Great at communication, extremely professional and her work was fantastic. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend her and will be using her again in the future.

Vicki installed wallpaper in several areas of my home and I couldn't be happier! She came to my home first, measured the areas, and ordered the paper for me. We had one particularly difficult type of wallpaper that was made of mother-of-pearl and tiny glass beads. Not only did Vicki handle this like the expert installer she is, but she even reached out the president of the wallpaper company to make sure she knew how to properly work with it. Vicki also made some great suggestions, like making sure to install a corner guard (I found one online that is brushed gold and matches the fixtures in the room perfectly) for one are, and how we could 'mask' a separation between two panels that were 4" too narrow for the space. She was a joy to work with and kept me laughing the whole time. I recommend Vicki to anyone who needs professional wallpaper installation!

We used Custom Wall Designers to wallpaper an accent wall in our bedroom. Vicki was very helpful confirming how much wallpaper I needed to order since I already had picked out the wallpaper I wanted to use and kept me up to date on any changes to the time she would be arriving. She did a fantastic job and was extremely courteous and quick!

Custom Wall Designers did a great job. They did 4 rooms for me and performed professionally. Equally important was that they were on time and on budget. I had a hard time with deciding on wallpaper for one of the bathrooms and they were patient and worked with me to get my choice done right. Having built a new home recently, I have worked with numerous companies and individuals on home maintenance and interior design. None of them have been as impressive as these 2 sisters - in every way. I am meticulous when it comes to a job well done, and when I inspected their work, I was pleasantly surprised. In most cases, even with well done jobs, there are one or 2 minor points of improvement. Not so with these ladies. Their work was PERFECT and beautiful. In a world that is satisfied with mediocrity, these ladies take pride in their work and hold themselves to a high standard of excellence. In addition to their work being exceptional, they are actually a delight to have in your home (which, believe me, is a rare blessing!) They work effortlessly together, probably because they have been doing it most of their lives. They are proud of the heritage their mother built when she started the business, and are certainly a credit to her while also taking the business to a new level. It is obvious that family is important to them, and their genuineness is evident in all their interactions. I worked with Vicki prior to the actual installation day, and she was prompt in returning my phone calls, and also came out the very next day to give me an estimate. The job they did for me was rather small, but they treated it with just as much importance as I would imagine they would treat a large job. These ladies are the epitome of professionalism in every way, and it was a true pleasure doing business with them. I will always go to them for all wallpapering needs in the future.
