Our name incorporates decision making and hand made skills: Venn is for the creator of the Venn diagram, John Venn (Englishman, Yorkshireman, 1834 – 1923); Maker is a tribute to our skilled artisans, friends and colleagues. We design, test and use all of our products and continuously seek the best. Our goal is to stock the useful, the long lived, the well made, the beautiful; whether an axe or a shawl or a mug or a table.
