Was looking at a rug for a nursery, told Vahid I wanted to show my husband so I’d come back. He told me don’t worry about it, if it doesn’t work you can return it. I returned it a couple days later as it didn’t look good in the space. I searched for an alternative, but didn’t find one there. Ended up buying a rug else where and asking Vahid for a refund. Vahid told me that I couldn’t get a refund and it was exchange only. What???? I was like I wouldn’t have bought the rug had I have known it was refund only. He said, that’s store policy. The store is a scam. Steer clear!
