I would give 10 stars! Viktor was valuable in helping us design our deck to match our midcentury home. He and his team were professional, kind, impeccably clean and most important, on time and on budget. I would not hesitate in using them again and I highly recommend them to anyone in and around the Seattle area.

We've never worked with a contractor as organized, professional and helpful as Viktor. His team was talented (perfectionists!) and all of the subcontractors were prompt and did nice work. Our project was completed on time and within budget despite pandemic issues. We definitely recommend Ursus Homes and hope to use them again.

Ursus Homes has been absolutely fantastic, seamlessly executing our architect's design. The owner, Viktor, provided valuable contributions to the design and build while always accepting feedback from the architect and myself - it always felt like we were on the same team. They are honest, flexible, punctual, and are true craftsmen in their field. They used high quality products and expert/trustworthy subcontractors while keeping fair pricing. A really nice group of guys whose company we enjoyed over the last 1.5 yrs, which included two phases of complete tear down and rebuild of first floor and basement of our 1950's home, along with numerous smaller projects. We are beyond happy with the final results and Ursus has been completely committed to resolve any minor issues that have come up over the months following completion (highlighting that they were very minor issues). Two things that really stand out are the pride in their work and timely completion, making sure to order items well in advance in order to mitigate future delays. Additional things we appreciated were their punctuality/dependability, cleanliness and how conscientious they were of our neighbors next door and on our street. This seems to be in direct contrast to other jobs in our area, which appear messy and disorganized - something we never had to deal with. We cannot recommend Viktor and his team at Ursus enough and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Ursus Homes did a beautiful renovation of our main floor living space, including kitchen, living room and dining room. Viktor’s organization, attention to detail, and communication skills are excellent. We had our work done during the pandemic and Viktor handled the situation with understanding and care. His entire crew was professional and considerate while doing excellent work. Viktor was very responsive to all concerns and worked well with our architect. We feel fortunate to have connected with Ursus Homes for our project and absolutely love the high quality work which transformed our living space.

As an architecture firm, it is nice to work with a contractor that has an eye for detail, provides quality construction, and a clear line of communication. Urusus Homes, Viktor and his team, are that contractor. They do a wonderful job executing the design from construction documents to the finish product. Viktor is good at providing solutions for unforeseen conditions that work well with the overall design and stays within budget. He is professional, stays on schedule, and fair throughout the entire process. Viktor and his team are wonderful to work with and we hope to continue working with Ursus Homes on many more projects.

A dream bathroom. Delivered to us by highly skilled and courteous craftsmen. That was our prize when we hired Ursus Homes to completely remodel our aging bathroom. We couldn’t be happier with the result that includes a heated floor and towel rack, soaking tub, custom cabinet, and a Japanese toilet that does everything but talk. To cap it off, the company did a succession of smaller jobs around the house, such as wiring for a new gas fireplace and installing an outdoor receptacle.

I would give Viktor and his crew more than 5 stars if I could. They are the finest craftsmen I've ever seen. They're also extremely professional and kind/courteous. It can be tough to have workers at your house every day for many months, but it's been a pleasure to have Viktor and his team around. The quality of their work is the finest in all of Seattle (that I've seen at least). They are planful and meticulous. They take the time to do every big and little aspect of the job as perfectly as possible. I highly recommend!

I loved working with Viktor on our remodel! All new kitchen and two bathrooms with new dormers. He is the nicest person and a pleasure to work with. All of his workers and subs were nice too. I can't recommend him enough. He does not compromise on quality and will get you what you want. Don't hesitate if you have the chance to hire him.

Viktor renovated our 1940s home and completely transformed it. In the process, he removed a fire place, interior walls, and a water heater; moved a staircase; bumped out the kitchen; finished the basement; converted our garage into a studio space; installed a new heating and cooling system, and more. It went from being an old drafty house with lots of small quirky spaces to a beautiful home with a clean, modern feel and an open layout. Viktor is fast, incredibly hard-working, and skilled at managing a complex project with lots of moving parts and a crew of sub-contractors. The level of detail in the house is insane—everything is finished perfectly. He’s also easy to work with. He genuinely cares about doing an excellent job and meeting his clients’ expectations. He’s a person of integrity who is grounded and calm, takes feedback gracefully, and is completely transparent about cost and change orders. Our project was right on target for time and budget. I can’t sing his praises loud enough! We feel really lucky to have had him as our contractor/builder.

We are very happy with the remodel of our home by Viktor and his team at Ursus Homes. The attention to detail is fantastic, and Viktor was always prompt to reply when we had a question or comment. He gracefully managed the inevitable alterations or hiccups that can happen with any renovation project, several of them due to us as owners changing our mind about something. We also really appreciated the clarity of the budget and invoicing. The result is high quality and we will enjoy our home even more for decades to come.

Viktor recently completed a full remodel of one floor of our house- which included a new bathroom. He came highly recommended by our architect but he greatly exceeded all expectations. He was professional, polite and a pleasure to work with. The quality of work is remarkable. He handled any issues that came up very efficiently. The project was completed on time- which speaks volumes about his management skills. We look forward to having him back on future projects. Highly recommend!
