Urban Wall-beds

The firm kept promising to design and build a structure for the plan I submitted to them (we did purchase the murhy bed from them) but they never followed through. They promised by email and over the phone over and over and then finally said they couldn't do it. Then someone called back and said they could but again there was no follow-up. It was an exceptionally frustrating experience!
