Urban kitchen designed and built our HIA Award nominated kitchen 2017 and HIA Award winner Bathroom in our brand new home. Excellent and professional company. A pleasure to deal with. Great design ideas and only the best quality products used.

Urban kitchens transformed a very old kitchen into a perfect modern kitchen using all available space. We chose a grey and white theme using the Hampton cupboards and a grey granite look laminex. We had a slight hick up but all was rectified. It is a perfect kitchen. We have had so many positive comments. It has become a show piece. We are very pleased with the design and attention to detail and highly recommend urban kitchens to friends and family. We just love our kitchen.

Urban Kitchens is specialised in providing high-end joinery products. We have just renovated our kitchen and found them very professional with high level of attention to details. We made many changes to the original design and specifications and they were greatly cooperative and patient. We were referred to Urban Kitchens by a work colleague, and after a few visits from Mary, we were beyond convinced that Urban kitchens were the right choice for the renovation. The completed kitchen matched our specifications in terms of timely build, use of high-quality materials, and of course, the final presentation. The real test is whether we'd use a company twice - We have been so delighted with the whole process and with the superb result, we certainly would, so we highly recommend Urban Kitchens.

Due to a miscommunication between Urban Kitchens and the Stone company they referred me to I am now stuck in a dispute with both companies and they refuse to fix the mistake they both caused. As the client, they are blaming me for their errors and even after promising to sort out the problem, after receiving their money they have now simply told me that I have to pay for them to do they job they were paid to do. I am not a stone mason nor am I a cabinetmaker and they are blaming each other with me stuck in the middle. For over 3 months now I have had a vanity unit sitting on the floor of my new ensuite which cannot be used. Extremely disappointed in the way I have been treated, and now I have had to lodge a VCAT dispute to try and resolve the matter.

Hi Luke,
As per quotation dated 17th of August 2017 you signed an agreement which clearly states Stone was not included. I recommended a Stone Mason. You signed, we delivered on time and you paid. Early on we advised to co ordinate the job but you advised to take it upon yourself to deal with Stone direct to save cost.
As the Owner Builder are responsible to make sure the Basin chosen is given to the Stone Supplier and that those drawings agreed and signed upon are given to fabricate by the Stone Mason so the job is done correctly. The miscommunication lies between yourself and Stone people not the Cabinet Maker who simply just made a box. This is just a genuine and honest mistake on your behalf. As discussed we are happy to manufacture a new vanity at cost $700. As a reputable Company we are still happy to work with you to fix the problem. These are the photos you sent !

Con and Mary from Urban Kitchens are a dynamic team. The attention to detail in construction and the final outcome is outstanding. Urban Kitchens provide a personalised service, sharing ideas but also listening to our requirements. We highly recommend them if you are looking for a kitchen that stands out; is practical and a joy to be in.

コメント：Where is the seam in this island?This is True Calcutta Marble 3 metres long. There is no Seam. Especially chosen for this project.

コメント：What is the average cost of an island like this?This kitchen in total was a $35,000 kitchen plus bunch tops, plus appliance. Our clients do there own appliance purchasing. Hope this helps !
