Urban Effects Cabinetry

Lets hope Kitchen Craft has better products. 80 percent of our doors were replaced due to poor QC. 3 months waiting to find out half were the wrong size? wait another 3 months for those replacements. After 18 months later they are all replaced but my wife hates the paint quality. Shop wisely.

ZERO! Absolutely HORRIFIC experience. Our debacle is STILL going on. DO NOT ORDER THEIR PRODUCT! Ordered 19 months ago, 7 orders in and they still are sending completely unacceptable garbage quality product. Wrong colour, pieces that don’t even fit our kitchen, are the wrong style, and are coming in horrible shape. They don’t care. At all. Zero customer service or ownership over their inability to send quality product. DO NOT EVER USE THEM!!!!!!

I would give them a zero if there was one. It's just a horrible experience for me. not worth the money and time. Very poor quality, home depot have better cabinets than what they sent me. They wasted so much of my money and time. I'm still waiting for the cabinets, it's been two months now....

Cabinets ordered 12/02/2022 with a date of 10-12 weeks for delivery. In February we were given a ship date of 03/20/2022. On 03/25/2022 we were told they did not ship but the island would be shipping that week and the perimeter cabinets would ship 04/13/2022. Today we were told the island did not ship and was delayed….no reason. I have no idea what the problems are, where the cabinets are in production, or when we can expect them. We are extremely upset with the lack of communication and delay of our cabinets.

We have had major issues with Urban Effects and our kitchen reno. We initially changed cabinet companies to get a quicker lead time before our 3rd child was born. Well, that baby is almost a year old now and the cabinets are still not completed. Multiple doors and cabinets have had to be ordered several times. Cabinetry has arrived with visible defects even before install. Customer service has been terrible and our designer is beyond frustrated. The quality of the product seems poor given all the issues. I would not recommend Urban Effects at all and regret choosing them for our kitchen cabinetry.

The cabinets look nice; however, the installation contracted by our builder was not up to their standards. Despite a well-meaning response from their customer service representative, no one contacted me to help resolve how to fix the installation problems or a bubble on one of the original cabinet faces. Otherwise, I would give them 5 stars.

Amazing custom looking cabinetry at affordable prices! The finishes are beautiful and the soft close is standard. Highly recommend it!
