We ordered a vanily from Unique Vanities in September and and received it promptly and within the time frame it was promised. When we discovered it was too large for the space, I contacted Samantha with UV and she walked me through the return process and we were able to return it, In the mean time, I ordered a new vanity (which I actually liked better) and again, it arrived on time and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend using this company - beautiful products, fair prices and quality customer service.

I recently purchased two bathroom vanities for my new home from Unique Vanities. From the very beginning of the ordering process, my customer service representative could not have been more helpful! Samantha Humberger kept me informed as to the status of my order frequently. Because I was building a new home I wasn't ready to accept shipment of my vanity right away and Samantha arranged that it be held until I notified her otherwise. The first vanity that arrived, I did have some issues with the delivery service and the company rectified the situation immediately and the delivery of the second vanity was excellent! The vanities are a good product for the money, attractive, and function quite nicely. I would recommend this company to others and would use them again! Customer service was excellent, Samantha really provided an excellent service!

The remodel of our master bath was this years summer project. I found a beautiful 92 Inch Double Sink Bathroom Vanity in Brazilian Rosewood with travertine top and white undermount sink from Unique Vanities on their website. After looking for several weeks we decided on this one. We did search other websites and found a very comparable price and after speaking with the customer service rep. she agreeded to meet their price (even though it's not there policy most of the time). They were able to accomodate a special request we had with this item. We not only need the 3 pieces of the 92" double sink vanity and drawer base but we needed to add a second drawer base, which they found for us and were able to add to complete our order. They were so helpful and curtious that one couldn't help but order from them and be glad you had. Our items were delivered by truck with 10-12 days, they were unpacked and found to be in perfect condition. They were packaged very well and we had no issues with the quality. The only thing I could comment on is, that they did have a musty smell inside, but that has dissipated once they were brought in the house. We think our bathroom turned out beautiful, and we are very proud as we did all the work ourselves. I would highly recommend contacting Unique Vanities for high quality products and excellent customer service.
