Under Deck Oasis

I had my Underdeck installed 3 years ago and recently had some damage, Tony came to repair the deck and did a flawless job, After three years the structure looks as good as new and most importantly, does not leak, keeping everything dry underneath. Could not be happier with the product or the company, which really stands behind their product.

The quality of the material is outstanding. They were always a phone call away during the installation process. I recommend Under Deck Oasis to anyone who wants a dry space under their deck.

Generally we are happy with the product, looks professional and professionally installed. My disappointments: 1. Communication was pretty bad: a. The job was rescheduled multiple times and I wasn't aware until I called/emailed asking for a status update. b. Dan seemed to always be out, went on vacation while my install was going on and didn't tell me, I had to chase and find someone else to cover. c. No-one asked about flashing before I went ahead with the project, evidently it is obvious if you know what to look for. I would have greatly preferred to take care of that ahead of time, instead of risking the system with a contractor doing it afterwards. d. No-one contacted me after the project to find out if everything was good or to clean up remaining issues. 2. I was not given what was promised, and believe I was overcharged- Dan told me he could add a swing for $250 which I believe I was billed for. Rick feigned ignorance, said he doesn't do swings, can do swing hooks but it wasn't in the plan. 3. Rick was pretty sloppy a. He left installation material overnight (and I thought it was going to be longer, again communication was weak) in my front yard next to the driveway. b. He left garbage in my back yard after the installation that I had to clean up c. There is some minor but noticeable discoloration on parts of the siding that presumably are his repairs to a faulty part or mistake in installation. d. When I asked Rick on first meeting him about the confusion around the schedule (he showed up at my door unannounced and on a different day than was scheduled), he cryptically answered "There is a lot of confusion over there".

I hired American Rainware aka "Underdeck Oasis" this past summer to install a drainage and ceiling system under my existing deck. I previewed almost every company you can find on the internet and considered doing it myself, but my deck layout was more complicated than many and there were fewer systems that would actually work with my deck. I ended up deciding on Underdeck Oasis because they could support my layout, and they had a very informative website that showed video examples of all the things you can do with their system. Although their prices were a little higher than many of the cheaper systems, those other systems had many reports of leaking and were better for plain square decks. Zach was my installer and came to my home. He was very professional and worked long hours. He even worked in the middle of pouring rain. He was very open to dialogue and always made that extra effort to make me happy. There were many things he didn't have to do, but did anyway, because he believed in doing a quality job. I've had this product now for several months and it works beautifully. We get lots of compliments of how great it looks and many people are surprised that it isn't just a ceiling but a drainage system as well.

We were looking for a way to keep our porch dry after adding a small deck. After scouring the internet for ideas, talking with companies, watching videos, reading testimonials, we chose Under Deck Oasis. The staff was very helpful in answer our questions, supplying feedback and following up with us after our project was complete. The installation videos were easy to understand, played well and provided the information needed to complete our project. We would highly recommend Under Deck Oasis for any size project.

The sales agent was courteous and quickly answered all my questions and emails. The installer was friendly, courteous and completed a beautiful professional job. I would not hesitate to recommend Under Deck Oasis.

We absolutely love to be outside under our deck, even while it is raining! We had a different brand installed at another house but this is absolutely a superior product, we would highly recommend this product and the installer was friendly, informative, and everything was neat and clean when he left, Thanks, the Dimonds
