I honestly couldn't find better words to start with than we could not recommend Jay enough. As a first time home builder, this is such a daunting process but Jay made it so easy for us. We are so impressed with how things were so smoothly done from day 1 since we engaged Jay. His attention to detail, professionalism and ability to communicate effectively have really helped us to bring our dream house into reality. We couldn't believe how quickly we have gone through this designing stage with Jay, of course his years of experience have had contributed so much to it to make everything not only look beautiful but practical. Jay is also very resourceful and always willing to help with recommending other amazing vendors we need to complete the project. We are beyond satisfised with the whole experience with Jay and would not look elsewhere if we ever go through house building again.

We have recently completed a major renovation involving the reconfiguration of an existing living room and house extension. Jay was instrumental in helping us arrive at a design that maximises the house orientation and space. Jay is a delight to work with. He has a positive attitude, has a high attention and detail and had a solution for each new issue that emerged as the design evolved. The open plan living area is light drenched with an array of carefully placed skylights, the indoor and outdoor areas blur into one another and kitchen and laundry spaces are a pleasure to work in. We could not be happier with our new renovation and thank Jay for his patience, persistence and guidance in getting the project across the line.
