Tom was incredible throughout the entire process. Our pool was started at the same time my two neighbors pools were started by Regal. Our pool was finished weeks before they were finished. Very happy with the finished product!!

Tom, the owner, was communicative from start to finish. He was very patient as I wanted to explore every tile choice available. We remodeled using glass tile, limestone, Pebble Sheen and converting from salt to chlorine. After the initial placement of coping, Tom and Mike came out, inspected and had several areas redone to their specification, and no additional costs to us. I was grateful as we wanted as seamless a look as possible. I never saw Tom again, but was in constant contact with him. He passed on any issues I noticed to his manager, Mike. Tom is honest, easy-going, and professional. He even quoted under our budget! Mike was friendly, very accommodating and fixed everything in a timely fashion. He even came out months later when the weather warmed up to rotate one of the lights. Mike was friendly, professional and easy to work with. The crews were hardworking and efficient. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I felt like I had to monitor what I thought were obvious repair/cleanup issues. We love how our pool turned out and would use The Woodlands Pool Company again!

We had The Woodlands Pool Company renovate our existing pool. By the looks of a neighbors new pool, had Tom been in business 14 years ago when we did our pool, he would have definitely been our first choice for a new build ! The design of their pool was beautiful! We had our pool resurfaced with pebble tech, decorative tile accents added to the spa, steps, and benches, and calcium deposit stains removed from the flag stone trim and spa. We also converted the pool from a salt system to chlorine system. For years the flag stone trim did not look nice because of the white stains. We tried everything and nothing worked. They bead blasted the stains away and the pool looks new. They also added new LED lights to the pool and spa. The work was done on time, as promised, and looked great. They also pressure washed and sealed our deck and patio. They were very respectful of our home and yard and cleaned up well after each day of work. Being in our home for over 14 years it was greatly appreciated that they did not treat the work area like a construction site or new build , but respected our home. I can't say enough good things. If you use the Woodlands Pool Company , you will not be sorry.

Everything is perfect beautiful work all around I will hire them time and time again from working with Craig the designer and Mike the project manager to the owner Tom. First of all Tom Hawkins would NEVER steal your money!!! I am currently in my second week of building our dream pool/outdoor kitchen that Tom has walked me through every step graciously answering any and every question!! I have never felt more comfortable. He listens to everything I say and helps me see what I don’t see or mold my idea into a better one!!! My husband and I are so happy with the building process so far. We have a small back yard that is a little challenging. Tom’s professionalism, experience and knowledge has been evident from the beginning!! He is willing to go the extra mile to help you build your idea which was so super important to me!!! We got so much more for our money! He will not be the cheapest and he will definitely not be the most expensive quote you get. Make sure you compare apples to apples!!! I can’t say enough about The woodlands pool company!!! Don’t hesitate to call him for a quote!! You will not regret it!! You want someone like Tom and Mike to build your pool! “You don’t build it for yourself. Our experience with The Woodlands Pool Company was enjoyable and Tom and Mike were dependable and very pleasant to work with. The process went very smoothly and our pool is everything we wanted and completed on schedule. Their work crews were excellent and very considerate and cleaned the area after each day. Tom and/or Mike were available to answer any questions before, during and after the completion of our pool. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend The Woodlands Pool Company.

We were referred to Woodlands Pool company a year or so ago by a friend, and since then we have referred all of our friends and family members! The entire experience with TWPC was excellent! Tom-the owner made it a very personalized, customer-centric experience for us, which you will not get with a large national pool builder! His crew are super professional and very talented! Everything from the travertine tile and stone work to the pebble sheen was done perfectly! I highly recommend giving Tom a call if you're looking to build a pool and outdoor living space!

We used the Woodlands Pool Company in October of 2016 to build our pool. The process was so smooth and the contractors were top of the line. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up behind themselves. One crew would finish and another crew would begin the following day. It was seamless. Our pool was completed in 3 weeks from start to finish and that was with 5 other pools going on at the same time. We are thrilled with how our pool turned out and we would highly recommend Tom Hawkins and The Woodlands Pool Company.

The Woodlands Pool Company has built for us a couple of pools and we have been completely satisfied with their work and we can recommend them. They have built a pool for our neighbors across the street and also for other friends. Their crews have been professional, clean, have finished the work quickly and with quality. They have taken care of any issues after the job is completed and have always been there for us.

Now that we are at the end of our project, I wanted to write this review for Tom at The Woodlands Pool Company. In June, 2016 we hired a different contractor to build our pool. That evil man took off with over $42K for our project, paid none of the subcontractors, and left us with no equipment. We had a gunite structure only. Initially, the subcontractors were helping us to complete their work and to find others to do everything that was left, which was a LOT. We were given Tom's name as a local contractor who might be able to help us get our dream project out of the nightmare it had become. We are so grateful to Tom for his help and guidance! He went out of his way to help us in any way he could, he was understanding of our delimma and most importantly he was very encouraging. He was under no obligation to help us in any way and he did because he's a good person. With his advice, we were actually able to improve our project plan and we ended up with a much higher quality pool than we would have had with the first contractor! Tom was responsive to my texts, his workers were on time, and they always did a great job. Tom is honest and kind, he's been in this business for many years, and I can't imagine working with anyone else. Stop scrolling and give The Woodlands Pool Company a call!

We have a very small backyard. The Woodlands Pool Co transformed it to a beautiful oasis. The design was great and bid was lower than anticipated. Their crews were very neat, courteous and got the job done in five weeks. I'm still in a dream state that we actually have a beautiful pool and now very anxious to start entertaining. It is a dream come true!!!

The Woodlands Pool Company builds terrific pools. The whole process was smooth. We had a challenging install with a tight easement and TWPCo worked hard to make that go smooth. Since install the pool has worked great. And service on the equipment has been easy. Any warranty issues have been promptly repaired. TWPCo has built about 11 pools in our neighborhood all are exceptional.
